Skin Replenishing Body Balm
SHEA BUTTER
(Butyrospermum parkii)
Renowned for its excellent emollient properties and ability to help improve the barrier function of the skin, we source our shea butter from West Africa, where the pulp of the fruit is removed to reveal the kernel, which is boiled and dried in the sun before being shelled for pressing.
RICE BRAN OIL
(Oryza sativa bran oil)
Grown and harvested in Asia, we extract our rice bran oil from the germ and inner husk of rice. High in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, it is a renowned for its moisturising properties in skincare.
BLACK OAT SEED EXTRACT
Sourced from Europe, the black oat is an upright plant with many flat leaf blades. Renowned for its unique water retaining properties, the seed extract forms a film of moisture on the skin’s surface, effectively improving hydration levels.

Disappointed
I received this product this week and when I opened the box and the saw the pot was green I realised I had ordered the wrong one. However, I decided to try it but on opening the pot I straight away knew it was not a cream I would use. The perfume I found very strong and almost unpleasant. I have now ordered, what I hope, is my usual lightly scented cream. An expensive error!

My new must-have!
I first bought a jar of this as part of a set but immediately fell in love with it and have been buying it ever since. The smell is amazing, with the same rich, complex fragrance of a good massage oil. It absorbs really well so after a few minutes I can get dressed without fear of the cream marking my clothes. Highly recommended!

Love this body cream, I usually purchase a couple when on offer, smells great & being a light cream rubs in great and does not leave a greasy residue or a barrier that can cause you to sweat 🤣 ladies whom are menopausal know what I mean 😊

Beautiful body balm
I love the body balm, it is gorgeous and that is how it makes your skin feel. It is fabulous. One small criticism which is nothing to do with the products, is that personally I much preferred the colour all your packaging used to be (pretty turquoise).

I’ve bought this product twice now and I total convert. I’ve used the original which is great and I’m currently using the one with neroli which smells lovely. The moisturiser is great for my skin all year round. I use it all over every day and the pot lasts quite a while.

Best ever
I have been buying the body balm from when it first came out, this is the best ever. My skin is so soft, I wouldn’t use anything else. Even my hubby has commented on how soft my skin is. I use in conjunction with the Liz Earl soap .

Strong scent
I usually buy the original but decided to try this. I love this cream, it’s easy to apply and makes my skin very soft. However as soon as I took off the lid the scent was very strong. It’s a very unisex scent. I left it for a few weeks and today used it again, it’s 2 hours since I applied it and it’s still unpleasantly strong.
I’m a huge fan of Liz Earle products but sadly this is heading for the bin and I am going back to my ‘original’ jar

Comforting nourishment

Very clinical smell, not pleasant!
I had this given to me as a present. They thought they had bought me the other body balm in the green tub but got me the one with natural neroli by mistake. Honestly, I thought, at first it was the correct one but had somehow gone off. Horrible smell, very clinical and not at all pleasant. I threw it away. I loved the Lavender and Vetiver but you can't get hold of it now. I now purchase other body balms from different companies as there isn't a huge selection at Liz Earle unfortunately.

Used to be better !!
This is my third tub of this and they have changed it. It used to be amazing, now average body moisturiser. The neroli smell is not as strong as it used to be and the texture is not as creamy, it’s almost grainy in looks. Feels cheap overall. Shame - I won’t be buying again.

Is this good for eczema patches ?
