Skin Replenishing Body Balm
SHEA BUTTER
(Butyrospermum parkii)
Renowned for its excellent emollient properties and ability to help improve the barrier function of the skin, we source our shea butter from West Africa, where the pulp of the fruit is removed to reveal the kernel, which is boiled and dried in the sun before being shelled for pressing.
RICE BRAN OIL
(Oryza sativa bran oil)
Grown and harvested in Asia, we extract our rice bran oil from the germ and inner husk of rice. High in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, it is a renowned for its moisturising properties in skincare.
BLACK OAT SEED EXTRACT
Sourced from Europe, the black oat is an upright plant with many flat leaf blades. Renowned for its unique water retaining properties, the seed extract forms a film of moisture on the skin’s surface, effectively improving hydration levels.
EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL
(Eucalyptus globulus)
Renowned for its purifying properties and invigorating aroma, we source our eucalyptus from China, where our essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the fast-growing eucalyptus tree.

My favourite body moisturiser
I’ve bought this before, nothing else makes my skin feel so smooth and it makes the slightly dry crepey look on my forearms disappear immediately. Only think I don’t like is that it comes in a tub.

Horrible artificial smell like cheap perfume
I thought this was my usual skin replenishing body balm with natural neroli which is wonderful. I opened the new pot and started applying it before I realised it wasn’t. I smell as if I have smothered myself in cheap perfume and am going to have to shower again. What a nasty shock. The essential oils of eucalyptus and basil in the ingredient list are totally overpowered by the artificial parfum. I won’t be able to use this again due to such an overpoweringly unpleasant smell. I use many Liz Earle products but why would a natural product range highlighting plant ingredients choose such a chemical-smelling fragrance when there are such lovely essential oils to choose from?

Balm is so luxuriant
I love this body balm, it has really cured my dry skin on my arms. I’ve used lots of other moisturisers but they haven’t been as good. This balm has kept my arms lovely and soft the whole day through. It’s also worked on other patches of dryness around my body. Somebody originally bought me some for Christmas and I had to buy some for a friend’s birthday as she’d complained about dry skin too. I of course bought myself another pot so I’d be ready when my first pot ran out (am still on first pot and it’s almost the end of March!). Would definitely recommend it!

Exceptional!!
This cream is beyond fabulous! Smells divine and sinks IN WELL.. I suffer with incredibly dry scaly skin. My eczema at times is that dry, it bleeds. This cream has not only helped with my itching, but helped to make my skin soft again, and hydrated for hours.. It is pricey, but you only need to use a little.

Lovely Body Balm
Having used Liz Earle body cream for years was disappointed when this was discontinued, but thought I would the try the Body Balm which I find I really like, I am now on my third jar and will definately continue to use it. The only negative for me is that it is in a jar and not a tube.

Is this product gluten free?

We can confirm that our Skin Replenishing Body Balm is not gluten-free, as this contains Black Oat Seed Extract. Apart from our Skin Replenishing Body Balm and our Pro-Biotic Range (Milk Cleanser, Day Cream & Night Cream), our whole range otherwise is free from gluten.

I loved using botanical body cream in blue tube, is the skin replenishing body balm a similar smell?
No unfortunately I’m the same loved botanical body cream for the smell brought this thinking it might be same but it isn’t

Very sad that Botanical body cream in a blue tube has been discontinued. Does the body balm smell the same? Can't risk buying it and being disappointed.
