Liz Earle Beauty Rewards is our loyalty programme and is available for customers who shop online via our website in British pounds. As a member, you can enjoy exclusive rewards and benefits on your purchases such as free delivery, birthday treats and early access to selected promotions.

You will become a member by registering on our website, or if you are already registered, by opting in via your ‘My Account’ section. As soon as you register, you can start collecting points on purchases made via our website.

As you accumulate points you will move through our tier system and unlock access to new benefits. We have listed our tiers below:

Beauty Inspired = between 0 and 99 points
Beauty Enthusiast = between 100 and 249 points
Beauty Expert = more than 250 points

Everyone who creates an account on our website is automatically enrolled to Liz Earle Beauty Rewards. Please note that our membership is for individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You will require a valid email address to register.

We never knowingly collect data for children under the age of 16 and it is your responsibility to advise us if you are providing information for a child under the age of 16.

For customers residing in the Republic of Ireland; We never knowingly use personal data of customers under the age of 18 for the purposes of direct marketing, profiling or micro-targeting. It remains your responsibility to advise us if you are providing information for a child under the age of 18.

It is easy to enrol to our rewards programme. If you already have an account on our website, simply sign in to ‘My Account’ and click the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards menu. You can then choose to opt in to the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme.

If you don’t have an account on our website, once you register, you will automatically be enrolled in our Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme.

With Liz Earle Beauty Rewards, you will earn points on purchases and for participating in selected social sharing competitions.

For every £1 spent on lizearle.com you will earn 1 point.

We will also run special points promotions during select periods throughout the year.

You can check your points at any time via your ‘Rewards’ dashboard in ‘My Account’.

Your reward points history will show a status for each activity.

Approved: These points are now associated with your account.

Pending: These points must be verified before they can be redeemed. Your points will be allocated once your order has been dispatched.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase the points will change from pending to cancelled.

It could be several things; your points could be expired, or they may be points earned on a returned or cancelled order. You can find the reason by checking your reward points history. If you require any further information, +44 (0)1983 813913

Rewards are automatically issued when you hit the qualifying points balance or move up a tier. For example, when you reach 100 points, we will automatically issue a 20% off coupon for moving up into the Glow Getter tier.

If you are signed up to our newsletter, this reward will be sent to you via email. You can also view your rewards in the ‘Rewards’ dashboard in ‘My Account’.

There is no limit to how many points you can earn, however points can expire after prolonged periods of inactivity.

Your current tier points will expire after 1 year of inactivity and you will be moved down to the previous tier and your current tier points will be removed.

For example: if you are a Beauty Enthusiast tier member, have not been active for a year and have 150 points, you will be automatically moved down to the Beauty Inspired tier and your points balance will be set to 99.

Or, if you are a Beauty Inspired tier member, have not been active for a year and you have 98 points, you cannot move down a tier, but your points balance will be set to 0.

After 2 years of inactivity, all your points will be removed, your balance will be set to 0 and you will return to the Beauty Inspired tier.

After 4 years of inactivity your Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme account will be closed, and all points and benefits will be lost.

In all these scenarios, you will lose all benefits that had been associated with your previous tiers.

To find your loyalty account information, sign in to lizearle.com, go to ‘My Account’ and click the ‘Rewards’ dashboard to see your points balance, your tier status, and your available rewards.

You will also receive personalised loyalty emails about your activity within the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme such as a change of status, new benefits, and invitations to private sales. Please ensure you have opted into our email communications to receive these emails.

Your tier benefits expire after 1 and 2 years of inactivity. If you are inactive for these periods of time, you will be downgraded by a tier. If you would like more information about when your benefits expire, we have listed them below:

Birthday rewards: these are awarded on the first calendar day of your birth month and expire on the last. For example: if your birthday is on the 10th of May, you will receive your birthday reward on the 1st of May, and it will expire on the 30th of May.

Tier up rewards: these are awarded when you move up a tier status and expire after 12 months or if you move to another tier.

Surprise & Delight rewards: we award these when you reach 350, 500 and 750 points and they will expire after 12 months or if your tier status is downgraded.

All other benefits such as free delivery are tier dependent and will become invalid when you move tiers.

Birthday rewards are awarded on the first calendar day of your birth month and expire on the last. For example: if your birthday is on the 10th of May, you will receive your birthday reward on the 1st of May, and it will expire on the 30th of May.

Birthday rewards will be sent via email if you are signed up to our newsletters or can be accessed via the ‘My Offers’ section on your ‘Rewards’ dashboard.

You can disenroll from the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme at any time by simply logging in to your account and opting out via the ‘Rewards’ dashboard.

By opting out all accumulated points and benefits will instantly be removed from your account.

No, purchases made prior to opting into the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme will not qualify for points. The only exception to this is if you have checked out via our guest checkout option. By creating an account via the order confirmation page, the points from that purchase will be assigned to your new Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme account.

No, only purchases made on our website using British pounds are currently eligible for points.

If you have left the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme and decide to re-join, you will start from our Newcomer tier with a points balance of 0. All previous points and rewards will not be reallocated.

You can update your account information at any time by logging in to ‘My Account’. Please note that all details are also tied to your main lizearle.com account.
