COCOA BUTTER
(Theobroma cacao)
Famous for its excellent emollient properties, we source our cocoa butter from West Africa, where fermented beans of the cocoa tree are roasted, cracked and ground to give a powdery solid called cocoa mass, from which cocoa butter is pressed.
ROSEMARY EXTRACT
(Rosmarinus officinalis)
Used for its antioxidant properties, we source our rosemary from Spain, where the extract is filtered from the needle-shaped leaves of the plant.
CHAMOMILE EXTRACT
(Anthemis nobilis)
Legendary for its skin-soothing properties, the flowers of this aromatic perennial are harvested in England in the summer, before the ingredient is solvent extracted from the fragrant flower.
EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL
(Eucalyptus globulus)
Renowned for its purifying properties and invigorating aroma, we source our eucalyptus from China, where our essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the fast-growing eucalyptus tree.

I find cleanse and polish so easy to use and it does what it says on the bottle.This 50ml bottle is so handy for long weekends abroad as you can pop it in your hand luggage. I really can't live without my cleanse and polish, I have sensitive skin but this doesn't affect me at all just love it

I've been using this in conjunction with the gentle face exfoliator although I use the cleanser daily and the exfoliator only 1-2 times a week. The cleanser really is the perfect morning treat. It leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed, awake and gorgeously smooth. I purchased the smaller tube to take on my travels. Will definitely keep repurchasing.

My favourite cleanser EVER
No matter what other popular cleansers I try I keep coming back to Cleanse and Polish. It keeps my skin clear and feeling clean but not stripped. Having been away for a few days and used something different as soon as I came back I was on the hunt for a travel size version with a pump so this is perfect!

I tried this as part of a travel size /tester pack of 4 products. I had heard and read such fantastic things about these products I thought it was time for me to join in. Can't say I have taken to them. I don't like the smell of the cleanser and don't find it as thorough as my usual, so whilst I am finishing the tube I won't be buying this again.

Love this but it's not for my skin
Started using this and the tonic twice a day. My skin feels so fresh after washing but later in the day it becomes really greasy across the t-zone. Introducing these products is the only change I've made to my normal routine so I can only assume it's them - I've been persevering for nearly three weeks. Really disappointed as they initial feeling of cleanliness is great!

I buy this for my teen Son :-)
My Son suffers from acne. This product has been fantastic in clearing up the acne on his forehead and keeping it under control. He uses it every morning. He wouldn't be without it and I MUST make sure he never runs out! I've borrowed it a couple of times too and smells lovely.

Excellent product for skin young and old
my 13 year old daughter has very sensitive dry skin. After trying a few different products this is the cleanser that makes her skin feel clean yet moisturised. She uses this along with coconut oil as a night time moisturiser. Her skin is no longer tight and dry each morning.
This starter kit was an excellent way to try the product and for taking on holidays etc, we have since purchased for her friends to try as birthday gifts. It makes my skin feel great too.

This is the best skincare product I have EVER used!
Works wonders. It was the first Liz Earle product used. For years I've had trouble with break outs, open pores and redness but since using this these problems have all reduced significantly and people have asked me what my secret is. The improvement continued as I began to include other Liz Earle skin care products.

I now feel confident without wearing foundation
I started using Liz Earle last year, I've never normally finished a product as I was forever trying new but this I literally use every last drop.
Clense and Polish lifts my make up off with zero effort due to applying the product dry,say good bye to water splashing and messy hair! The muslin cloth gently exfoliates leaving my skin more receptive for my moisturiser,
The skin tonic is amazing too,my face now feels fresh and squeaky clean. I finish with my skin repair moisturiser this now completes my daily routine.
I used to suffer with dull skin and spots all around my jaw line.Since using these products my skin has dramatically improved and I now have a healthy glow and even feel confident with out wearing foundation, fantastic results

Rediscovered after nearly 20 years!
I first used Cleanse & Polish back in the mid 90's when it first came out but at the time, I wasn't that keen on cream cleansers. I only ever felt my face was clean if I used something that frothed up into a big bubbly lather. Of course this was just personal preference rather than the actual performance of the product. Just recently I kept seeing the Liz Earle brand (probably because I shop in John Lewis more now I'm older!) - almost like it was calling to me! So I decided to give it another go...... Well, I cannot believe why on earth I gave up on this product. That's nearly 20 years that have passed that I've been working my way through umpteen different brands and not being happy with any of them..... and 20 years where I've mis-treated my skin. I'm so pleased to have rediscovered Liz Earle and have now become obsessed with the website and reading all the fabulous reviews. Thank you Liz Earle - it feels great to be back.
