Cleanse & Polish The Results

Olive Fruit Oil

(Olea europaea)

Rich in powerful antioxidants, olive oil has been used in skincare for thousands of years. With nourishing and protective properties, it’s a moisturising staple for skin. We source our olive tree oil from Spain, where our supplier controls every step of production: cultivation, harvest, pressing and packaging. They are one of only a few fully organic olive farms with total traceability in Spain.

Sweet Almond Oil

(Prunus Amygdalus dulcis)

Renowned for its soothing and emollient properties, almond oil has been used on skin for centuries and is revered in ancient Chinese and Ayurvedic practices for usage on varying skin conditions. Rich in oleic acid, it leaves skin feeling nourished, soft and smooth.

Shea Butter

(Butyrospermum parkii)

Renowned for its excellent emollient properties and ability to help improve the barrier function of the skin, we source our shea butter from West Africa, where the pulp of the fruit is removed to reveal the kernel, which is boiled and dried in the sun before being shelled for pressing.

Olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, Butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, Cera alba (beeswax), Cetearyl alcohol, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, Rosa moschata seed oil.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL SUPERBALM!! I'm sorry, but really did not like this!! It is nothing like the original superbalm and the size!! There seems to be quite a bit of changes made to formulations etc...A lot of my family have used Liz Earle for many years men and woman and we wonder what has happened and all ask why the changes1? The old adage of if its not broken, don't try to fix it comes to mind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Little Pot Of Magic! I too was disappointed when superbalm was discontinued however on a recent trip to John Lewis I spotted this Beauty Balm on the counter. I decided to give it a try and am delicious with the results, a little goes a long way. I use it on my lips every morning and night, it’s moisturising but not tacky or gloopy. I love it and although a little pricey I have purchased a second pot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bit disappointed! This works well, but I'm disappointed that it has no scent. I was expecting something like the old Superbalm with it's wonderful smell that made me feel better as soon as I opened the jar.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PLEASE BRING OUT A FRAGRANCED VERSION I love this little pot of balm but not as much as the original one which I used for years. I was so disappointed when it was discontinued. This new one is very good but I've only given it 4 stars because it has no fragrance. I understand that some people might want an unfragranced version but please bring a scented version out as well for us lovers of the original balm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent multi purpose product Very good for dry skin or any time you need a little bit of moisturiser. It is multipurpose and I use it mainly for hands, nails and lips. The fact that it has no scent is especailly good. Highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really works! As it happened I had a dry patch on my face, I think from wearing masks, used this little pot and it’s cleared also helps on lips. Bit expensive but you don’t need to use much.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring Back SuperBalm Pot is far too small for a multi balm, should be the size of the product SuperBalm 30g that was discontinued. I have tiny fingers & this pot is not going to last me very long as a balm for lips & cuticles.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Superbalm I have not tried this product but have read that it compares poorly to the old superbalm which I am still using on my cuticles and was excellent. Can you not reinstate that as it is clear that many people miss it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little pot full of magic Only downside is you need several as so good! By the bed, the sofa, in the car, handbag. Perfect for dry skin spots, defrizzing flyaway hair, rubbing on cuticles. The list goes on. A little pot full of magic.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Superbalm The product is ok, not as good as the original Superbalm. Less moisturising, not so luxurious on the skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A miracle in a jar worth every penny A miracle in a jar worth every penny a firm favourite guaranteed

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor value I was expecting this to be the same size as the old Superbalm but the pot is tiny. I've used it a few times on particularly dry areas on my hands and whilst it does help, it doesn't really do any different to what petroleum jelly does although on the plus side it's slightly less greasy than petroleum jelly. It's not a product I will be purchasing again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Useful balm I’ve been using this every night on my cuticles and it does seem to help with dryness. It’s not too greasy and it smells fine. It’s quite a small pot though, but overall it’s a good product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I’ve been using this since Saturday (now monday) constantly. I’m afraid to say it’s absolutely over priced and I bought it for the purpose of using it on my lips instead of my usual lip balm however, its made no difference to them and they are still extremely dry, it’s very expensive when compared to a little tin of Vaseline. I used it as directed but it made no difference moisture wise. It was also about half full so getting my finger comfortably in the pot won’t be as easy when it’s going down. I won’t be buying it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little pot Great little product. A little goes a long way. Very multi use. No scent to it, which for me personally i prefer as i find many balms can be too highly scented and put me off and can often irritate my skin. Overall a great little pot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The OG Superbalm is Back THE OG superbly was discontinued many moons ago, bad news at time as a brilliant multi purpose balm. I SAW this on Boots before it appeared on the Liz Earle site and ordered straight away. It arrived and its brilliant. IT looks like superbly not as strong fragrance in the multi purpose but after using it for 2 days its superbalm. Its brilliant the perfect lip treatment, cuticles, dry skin...spots its great I have 2 now.
