This luxurious complexion perfector reduces the appearance of fine lines and blurs imperfections, leaving skin looking radiant and dewy with a flawless finish.
Working in harmony with our skincare range, this lightweight formula is enriched with avocado and borage seed oils to moisturise and Alaria esculenta extract to leave skin looking revitalised, plus natural source vitamin E.
Bare 01: Fair. Suits most alabaster complexions.

ALARIA ESCULENTA EXTRACT
This brown algae, sourced in Brittany, is rich in essential fatty acids and sterols, making it an effective skin moisturiser. Also known as winged kelp, it demonstrates anti-elastase activity which results in firmer-feeling skin.
AVOCADO OIL
(Persea gratissima)
Legendary for its healthy fat content and emollient properties, the avocado is native to Central America. To extract the vitamin-rich, skin-nourishing oil, the succulent flesh of the ripe fruit is squeezed.
BORAGE SEED OIL
(Borago officinalis)
Renowned for its fantastic moisturising properties, we source our borage from England, where the pure, GLA-rich oil is pressed from the shiny, dark brown seeds of the bright blue flower.

NOT THE SAME
I used this for many years and loved it. So pleased to find it again in Boots- however it is not the same product.
It is much less like a sheer tint as it used to be and more a foundation- which don’t want.
The colour is also different from the original.
If I had kept the receipt I would return it.
So disappointed.

Sheer skin tint
I bought this as a gift for my friend. She was really impressed with it so i bought myself some. It is gorgeous, really easy to put on and lasts all day. I would definately buy this again. I have just started using Liz Earle products and I love it all.

Light coverage that makes your skin glow
I have been using this product for years and it’s my absolute favourite. I’ve never got on with foundation and have sensitive skin. I love how light and soft this feels on your skin. It makes your skin glow without looking like you’re wearing make up.

Great for my skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product yesterday light and I’m very impressed I have to be very careful what I use because my skin is so sensitive but I went through all the system of putting on cleaner toner eye cream and I did use the light moisturiser before I applied the tint and I’m very impressed like all the products they work very well together thank you

I expected to love this so a bit disappointed
I love Liz Earle and use so many of the products that I really wanted to love this. On the plus side the packaging is lovely and the colour was almost exactly as depicted on the website. What I didn’t like was the consistency and feel of this product. It’s got a thick consistency and an oily feel. It’s hard to get the amount right; too much and your skin feels slick and greasy, and it doesn’t seem to sink in. Too little and it’s hard to blend. I have now tried using just a little, but after my usual moisturiser. This is better but for me the idea of a tinted moisturiser is to do away with a step in my morning routine. I will try and finish the tube because it wasn’t cheap, but I would not buy this again.

I like LE skin care products. I was persuaded to buy this in store. Very disappointed with this product. It's comes out of the tube OK but is heavy when on and difficult to blend, so I end up putting far more on than with comparative products, and I can't get even coverage. I'm developing spots for the first time in years - it has to go into the bin.

Runny straight from tube and dries patchy
I used and loved the old formula for years and then 'new' formula arrived. It's runny straight from the tube but as soon as it hits the face it dries too quicky in patches and drags so doesn't smooth over the face and I end up with bare patches. Bring back the 'old' formula.

Radiant skin
Really struggle to find a tinted moisturiser that is a good match for my skin and doesn't go orange throughout the day or wear off easily. I want to get the coverage without the heavy cakeness of foundation. Is the first time I have eve re-brought a tinted moisturiser because I love it so much, it covers my imperfections and my skin is glowing radiant. Have had lots of comments on how well my skin looks, highly recommend.

Great product
I bought this last week and I love it! I use this in conjunction with Liz Earle cleanse and polish and skin repair (light). I find that it goes on easily and looks light and flawless! I’m really impressed- a great summer foundation.

A marked improvement on this ‘new’ version
I used the Sheer Skin Tint in its original formulation for years, and loved it. Then to my shock, LE brought out the new and improved, which I tried, and as many other reviewers have found was very runny, and quite difficult to work in as dried too quickly. Horrible. I then read through the reviews recently and a couple mentioned the runniness issue had been addressed, so I thought I’d give it another go. Well, I can honestly say that this a lovely foundation. It is still sheer, has a lovely glow, easy to spread, and not runny. I am very pleased. I still have the issue that I need to mix Beige and Beach to get my correct shade, but now that I have rediscovered this, I hope LE keep making it. Thanks for listening to the feedback and taking action LE!

Perfect for tricky skin
My skin is really dry and most makeup sits and makes my dry skin obvious. This is the best ive found and ive spent a fortune! Also my skin is really really sensitive and I tolerate this perfectly. Very natural looking

Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint
I have been using this product ever since it first came onto the market with Liz Earle. It was amazing, made my skin look natural and gorgeously dewy and sun kissed. Then the formula changed and this has ruined what was one of the best tints on the market. It is now much more runny and just isn't anywhere near as good as it used to be. Such a shame when a small company sells out.

Delighted.
So glad that this product has returned to its original formula and is no longer runny. I love this tinted moisturiser as it gives my mature skin an even coverage without looking cloggy whilst moisturising at the same time.

Constantly changing product!
I have been using this skin tint for years and now can't keep up from one tube to the next! I never know what the latest version will be like!
It was perfect until the consistency was changed to a watery version of it's former self. After this, it returned to normal...briefly! My latest tube is even thicker than the original version and David Dickinson orange!
Since this is not the look I'm trying to achieve, I will be finding a new skin tint for the future! I'm a bit fed up of not knowing what I'm going to get each time I buy a new Liz Earle one.

Back to its old formula
For all the reviewers disappointed with the runnier formula, it is back to the original. So it’s thicker and therefore denser to blend. Colour of beach gives quite a tanned appearance but also natural. I use this in the summer and No 2 in winter when my skin is a bit paler. It’s a good moisturiser and I liked both formulas and although the new one was a bit leaky I do think it was easier to apply and went on more even, but as you can see from the reviews, I appeared to be in the minority

Much improved
I, like many reviewers have used the skin tint for many years. I loved the original but was disappointed with the "new runny version".A bit of a nightmare all round, but I plodded on and used it all. I feel that I have to write a review now on the new version. I am pleased with this and feel that a bit of positive comment might now be in order. I have not found anything to equal this product so will be happily using this in the future. Please don't change it again! I use beige and beach. Perfect all the year.

Changed, but not for the better
I thought this product had changed but thought I was imagining it. After reading the other reviews I realise that the runny product that doesn’t blend is different to the one that I’ve been using for years.
Liz Earle, please sort this out, I won’t purchase this again.

New formula - why???
Like so many others I’m SO disappointed with this ‘new improved’ product. The old one was perfect. This one has a different hue on my skin and is far too runny. I thought it was just me til reading other reviews. Bring back the old formula and I will happily purchase again. Until then I’ll go elsewhere- sadly. I SO loved it.

Changed what a shame
Used to love this skin tint brought it for years even though it was quite pricy it was lovely but last year it changed was too runny, consistency was not good so much it was wasted and didn't last half as long won't be purchasing again :(

Totally ruined a great product
Have used this product for years since it was first launched, but never again, the new formula is terrible, awful colour, doesn’t blend, such a big disappointment, such a shame the company was taken over, I’m sure Liz herself would be very unhappy with this new formula, have emailed them but they are not interested in their loyal customers anymore, shan’t be buying from Liz Earle anymore after years of buying lots of their products.

Please bring back the old formula!
I used to love the old formula - super creamy, moisturising and looked gorgeous on the skin. Bought it again without knowing they'd changed the formula and I HATE it - now incredibly runny (not creamy) and just sits on your skin looking like an orange mess (even in the lightest shade!). Why Liz Earle still hasn't brought back the old formula is beyond me when all customers are saying the same thing - we would buy the old formula, whereas this new formula is going straight in the bin!

I tried this for the first time a few days ago and I’m actually impressed, I have acne so I thought it wouldn’t really suit my skin but if you add some concealer where you need it, it overall leaves a lovely natural and dewy look! I also recommended it to a friend!

A very disappointed customer
I just can’t believe how when something’s not broken (Don’t fix it) This for me has been the perfect skin tint I’ve ever used. I can’t understand why you’d alter a fantastic product and change it into something completely different, then still keep its original name?
I wouldn’t even rate this product it’s not worth rating.

Skin conditioning
I'm really surprised by the negative comments on here. I usually agree with the masses! I put the SPF factor to the test this summer and it was really effective. I am fair and find the tint perfect. All similar products I've tried either turn me white or orange. SPF stuff on me is usually heavy and sticky. I used to wear SPF then Foundation and my skin condition was awful. I love Liz Earle products so thought I'd see if this simple product was better than my double layering and it saved my skin. I'm on tube num 2 now and would highly recommend it. It feels like it makes the skin healthy. Perhaps it's a new formula or something?

Bring back the old formula
I’ve used this for years but not anymore since they changed the ingredients list.
I loved the Dewey skin finish it gave.
Now it’s just not worth bothering with. Totally different product.
I’m looking for an alternative to this so if anyone finds something good please let me know.
I’m sad to have lost this from my make-up bag! Liz Earle team, please listen to your customers!
