I find it lighter than my Instant Boost Tonic, so I now use my Hot Cloth Cleansing routine at night and the Glow Gel routine in the morning. I have since purchased the Glow Gel Moisturiser to complete the routine. I have found a difference in my pale skin. I no longer bother with any form of BB or CC. Just finish off with my matt SPF 50.
