About this polish
Advanced skin resurfacing for brighter, younger-looking skin. For salon results at home, our 3-in-1 polish delivers naturally derived chemical and physical exfoliation in a nourishing formula to reveal a soft and more youthful-looking complexion instantly.
The chemical exfoliation is delivered by fruit enzyme AHAs, dissolving skin-dulling particles in just 5 minutes, while ultra-fine powdered pumice physically buffs away tired surface cells. With its luxurious texture, the cream is enriched with moisturising shea butter and rosehip oil to ensure skin isn't stripped of essential oils, while the relaxing neroli scent makes for a truly spa-like experience.
Powered by ingredients expertly selected for their efficacy: ultra-fine volcanic pumice crystals, naturally derived fruit AHAs (from orange, lemon, bilberry, sugar cane and sugar maple), shea butter and rosehip oil.
This product contains an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure during usage of the product and for a week after use of the product has stopped. Avoid contact with the eyes. If the product gets into eyes, rinse with water.
As with all exfoliators that contain AHAs, we recommend doing a patch test at least 24 hours beforehand and reaching out to your dermatologist before using if you have sensitive skin or any known skincare conditions.

FRUIT AHAS
(Alpha Hydroxy Acids)
Our expert blend of natural source AHAs (made from lemon, orange, bilberry, sugar cane and sugar maple) chemically exfoliate. By leaving on for 5 minutes, the fruit acids get to work, removing surface impurities for skin that feels soft and luminous.
VOLCANIC PUMICE
Pumice stone is renowned for its satisfying exfoliating properties. Naturally sourced, our ultra-fine pumice has been powdered to ensure that the particles are extremely small, giving an invigorating result when massaged over your skin.
SHEA BUTTER
(Butyrospermum parkii)
Renowned for its excellent emollient properties and ability to help support the skin’s moisture barrier, we source our shea butter from West Africa, where the pulp of the fruit is removed to reveal the kernel, which is boiled and dried in the sun before being shelled for pressing.
ROSEHIP SEED OIL
(Rosa rubiginosa)
Famous for its excellent moisturising properties, rosehip seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids and helps support the skin barrier, while improving moisture retention.

Great Product
I am new to this product and so far I am loving it. I apply once a week following the instructions and WOW the results on my skin are amazing. My skin is incredibly sensitive but I have not had any reactions and my skin looks brighter and feels soft. I use this and The Gentle Face Exfoliator and both these products make all my other Liz Earle lotions, creams etc work better - very happy

I’ve been using Liz Earle for 25 years & now myself living on the Isle of Wight since 2017 love the super skin microdermabrasion one a week is part of my beauty routine amongst other Liz Earle cleanse & polish twice daily.
I love it & wouldn’t use anything else on my now menopausal skin it’s gentle but works on greasy young skin & my menopausal skin my 3 sons have all used on their teenage skins too who are now men in their late 20’s ..
The microdermabrasion polish makes my skin feel squeaky clean & fresh only wish it was a little cheaper

Great results!
I absolutely love this product. You only need to use a small amount and it goes really far. I use it once a week and leave it on for 5-10 mins and then wash it off. I cleanse my face before using it and then tone, serum and moisturise afterwards. (All Liz Earle products).
My skin is unbelievably smooth afterwards and it keeps my skin fresh for the week. I still use the gentle exfoliator a few times a week in addition but that’s more because I like to feel like my face has had a good clean, I don’t really need to.
A fantastic product that I would highly recommend!

A real smoothing and cleansing effect
I am using this just once a week and am pleased with the results. Although other reviews have commented on the strange aroma, I feel it reflects a more botanical experience. It also leaves my skin super smooth.

Magic!

Leaves skin feeling super soft
I like an exfoliating that feels like it is doing something and this one has tiny grains that feel like they are buffing skin. I like the fact you leave it on for 5 minutes as it feel like a treatment as well. Personally l think this would be harsh for anyone with very sensitive skin, but l love it.

Can I use the gentle exfoliator in a couple of days of using microdermabrasion or should I wait a week before using it?

I would say with regular use this should help minimise milia.

Would this product help with sun damaged brown patches on the skin?
Honestly I am not sure if it will help with brown patches but in truth I can tell you that your skin will thank you for it. Between the microbermabrasion polish and the superskin alt-retinol skin paste it has worked wonders for my skin. I hope this helps.

When do I fit in my retinol paste with microdermabrasion?
