Best shampoo ever.
I have been using this shampoo and conditioner since I discovered LE, which is many years ago. It really delivers and does what it says. I particularly like the fact that there are no SLS in it. A little goes a long way, you get a good lather when hair is kept wet, more water more lather. Smells fab and hair looks soft and shiny, even the grey hairs love it. I wouldn't use anything else now.

Really disappointed
I bought the shampoo and conditioner in the hope of using a more gentle product, with reducing the amount of washing per week from daily to every few or couple of days. I've used it now for nearly 4 weeks but it's not any use for me. I don't feel my hair is as clean as it should be after washing. I only use a small amount of conditioner as it's to help detangle. My hair feels limp and lifeless. I have fine, oily hair but the oil seems to have increased to the point that by the end of the first day I can see it's quite oily again. I've tried not to wash every day but the last few days I've had no choice. Sadly I don't think I can recommend or buy this again, very disappointed

I bought this 2 weeks ago and not sure I’ll buy again. Have to use quite a lot of shampoo and always 2 washes to clean hair (wash every 2/3 days) which is time consuming. Would always need conditioner as hair really tangled after shampooing. Might be ok for short hair but not for medium length thick hair. This is a copy of my first review to which you responded with an insulting and patronising response. If you don’t want an honest review do not offer this facility. I purchased circa £100 worth of products and reviewed all of the others positively. Your response to my honest feedback will deter me from ordering again.

Great duo for normal hair
A week ago I purchased the shampoo & conditioner duo for normal hair. Although my hair is quite fine and rather dry, I found that products for dry hair made my hair too soft and unmanageable. I bought this duo a week ago and tried it today for the first time. It works great for my hair, leaving it bouncy & manageable. It usually takes a week or two for hair to become accustomed to a new product, but I’m very hopeful the products will continue to work out well. They smell great too!

Fantastic shine
Have loved using this shampoo and conditioner, hair is definitely shinier and in better condition. Sadly left both tubes in holiday cottage when on a break ( some lucky person!) therefore my order is in again.

Lovely products!

Perfect Hair Care
I have used these products for years and I love them . My hair feels clean and always a lovely shine which is amazing considering my age (70yrs and I am very lucky that I still have my brunette hair with just the grey beginning to creep in) . A small amount is required which lathers up and easy to rinse off and the conditioner is light enough but still does it’s job . Well worth the price .

I brought this a week ago and I so wanted to like it. I use the facial stuff all the time but I'm afraid after using the shampoo and conditioner it left my hair flat. I tried it again a couple of days later and again I was left with flat hair

Is this product suitable to use on hair extensions

Are these suitable for coloured hair
yes i have coloured my hair for many years and i use this you only need a very small amount

have used twice but find after the shampoo my hair is extremely tangled, so then having to using twice as much conditioner to detangle. Did anyone else have this issue?
