How many e-Gift Cards can I buy at once?
There is no limit to how many e-Gift Cards can be purchased in one transaction.


How much can I put on to an e-Gift Card?
You can select £25/£50/£75/£100 or customise the value. E-Gift Card minimum value is £10, and maximum is £250.


Can I cancel an e-Gift Card?
If you wish to cancel this must be done within 14 calendar days starting the day the e-Gift Card is purchased but once accessed/sent, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact Customer Care for more details.


Where can I use my e-Gift Card?
Liz Earle Digital e-Gift Cards are redeemable online only at www.lizearle.com, when shopping in the GBP currency, and are only redeemable against orders with a UK delivery address.


Can I choose when the recipient receives their e-Gift card?
Yes, the delivery of an e-Gift Card can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance from date of purchase.


How many e-Gift Cards can I use at once?
Multiple e-Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction.


What can I buy with my e-Gift Card?

You can use your e-Gift Card to purchase all items except for new e-Gift Cards.

Will my e-Gift Card expire?
Yes, all Liz Earle e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date purchased.

 

Can I collect Liz Earle Beauty Rewards points when I purchase an e-Gift Card?
Liz Earle Beauty Rewards points can be earnt as normal when using an e-Gift Card to make an purchase, but you cannot earn points for a purchase of an e-Gift Card. If a purchase is subsequently cancelled or refunded, any points associated with the refunded the purchase will be removed from a Liz Earle Beauty Rewards account. Can I still use my student discount when I pay with an e-Gift Card?
Yes, all promotions and discounts will still be valid. 


How do I get a refund?
Items purchased using e-Gift Card can be returned and amount will be refunded with another e-Gift Card. Please contact our Customer Care Team for more details.


Can I return an unwanted e-Gift Card?
The purchaser of the e-Gift Card will need to contact our helpful Customer Care Team.


Can I get cash back with my e-Gift Card?
No, e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded or transferred for value.


What happens if I have paid with an e-Gift Card, and another tender, and want a refund?
In this instance, your e-Gift Card will always be refunded first and your debit/credit card for any remaining balance. If you are refunded to an e-Gift Card, you will receive a new e-Gift Card with the value of your refund.


Why am I seeing different amounts on the refund email?
The purchaser of the e-Gift Card will need to contact our helpful Customer Care Team.


What if my e-Gift Card didn’t deliver?
E-Gift Cards are sent by email. If the recipient hasn’t received it, common issues include, email sent to spam/junk folders, full inbox or firewall blocking or typo in email address. To prevent issues, please white list Liz Earle e-Gift Cards in your email settings.


What happens if my e-Gift Card is lost or stolen?
E-Gift Cards should be treated like cash, Liz Earle is not responsible for e-Gift card sent to an incorrect or invalid email address. We may cancel a card if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
