Is the packaging still in line with your sustainability goals?
It is important that we retain the progress we’ve made on packaging sustainability. That’s why we’ve managed to return to the old-style twist-up packaging while making these packs using 50% recycled materials – they’re fully recyclable too!
Have you gone back to a formula with PEGs?
Yes, we have reverted to our original formula, which does use PEGs as part of its preservative system. We chose to try and remove PEGs from our formula, knowing that some customers prefer to avoid these ingredients altogether. However, please rest assumed that our products have always been, and continue to be safe to use.
Will you move Eyebright™ back to the original formulation and pack too?
As with Instant Boost™ Skin Tonic, we have been listening closely to the feedback of you, our customers, and we are currently working on a solution for this.
Will you bring back the old Skin Repair™?
We understand that some of our long-standing customers were unhappy with the relaunch of Skin Repair™, but we also received positive feedback. While we have no plans to bring back the original formulas, we are in the process of reviewing the range.
Can I still purchase the updated formula?
Yes, for the time being to avoid unecessary waste. Both formulas contain all the same naturally active ingredients, at the same effective levels, so we are confident you will continue to see all the hydrating, soothing skin benefits you’ve come to enjoy from our Instant Boost™ Skin Tonic. Why does the original version feel and smell different to the updated version?
The original formula uses a different preservative system which can impact how you experience the feel and scent. However, rest assured that it contains all the same naturally active ingredients, at the same effective levels.
