I bought the clrnse and polish, facial tonic. Moisturiser. Spent over £50.00 and got body wash, moisturiser in botanics free .large sizes. High recommended this products. A beautician told me about them. They last for 12months+. Apply little of wash blender on your finger apply to face and beck. Use the cotton cloth which is in the pack. Put it under hot water and take off the cream... Put cold water on your face. Face is glowing..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great first impression New to Liz Earle as I was tempted by this month's offer as a birthday treat. Finding the daily kit great. I love the tonic bottle twist up cap - so handy. Skin feels great and if it continues I might be a convert although the price makes it difficult compared to my usual Aldi brand. The eucalyptus in the cleanser is very refreshing. As a side note I truly love the #100 scent (this month's free gift).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Moisturiser I totally agree with many of the other reviews about the change in the moisturiser. The old ones were fabulous for my skin having got eczema. The new ones are awful and have made my skin bad. Why change a product when it’s great? Don’t get it. I regularly buy other moisturisers now instead and I am thinking of changing all my skin care products. Come on Liz Earle listen to the public, this is why we do reviews, for change!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The new moisturiser sucks The old moisturiser was perfect. It calmed my excema and repaired my skin, keeping it under control better than anything else. This new stuff is nowhere near the product the old stuff was. Company's always be faffing with stuff for no reason. The cleanse + polish and the tonic are very good (now as they've changed the tonic back to the original formula, after previously ruining yet another product by changing things needlessly). Get rid of this rubbish moisturiser and bring back the good stuff, then it will be straight back to 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glad to see the original skin tonic is back! I had been an ardent fan of Liz Earle skincare for many years, and loved using the 3 step routine. However, since the change in formulation of skin repair moisturiser and then the skin tonic, I stopped buying the monthly offer. I have looked today out of curiosity, and am pleasantly surprised to see the original skin tonic is back. Please please also bring back the skin repair moisturiser which I personally thought was the holy grail of Liz Earle. Why fix something which isn't broken! I might be tempted to buy this month's offer, but would definitely be back to monthly purchases if you scrapped the light moisturiser, which feels cheap by comparison. I mistakenly gave 4 stars for this review, and couldn't change it to 3 stars. With the original moisturiser back, I wouldn't hesitate to give 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Efficient effective skin care I love daily routine and purchase it every other month. Just annoying the gift this month was Vetiver and patchouli fragrance which I can’t stand. Couldn’t you provide an alternative fragrance ( e.g. rose and ginger) or a skin care product?

Hi there, Is this kit safe to use during pregnancy? My skin has changed dramatically since becoming pregnant and looking for something to sooth it and reduce breakouts.

Would the cleanse and polish be suitable for a fifteen year old. I would like to get my granddaughter some good cleansing products now she is trying out makeup. Thanks.

It's never too early to start caring for your skin and the Cleanse & Polish is a great starting point for better skin. Cleansing is vital for removing daily grime, makeup, and excess oil on the skin that can lead to blemishes. Our Cleanse & Polish is enriched with skin-loving ingredients of cocoa butter to soften, smooth, and moisturise. Also, rosemary, chamomile, and eucalyptus to tone, soothe and purify. Whilst the pure cotton cloth gently lifts away dead skin cells, daily grime, and make-up from the pores revealing smoother and clearer looking skin. You will be pleased to know that we have received some favourable feedback from customers who have used our Cleanse & Polish on their teenagers and pre-teens with good results. However, as a general precaution, we would always recommend a patch test is applied at least 24 hours before the first use of any new skincare product. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (behind the ear is ideal in this instance). Please can you tell me if there is any difference between the skin repair light cream jar and tube container? Why can’t you purchase the 50 ml tube container on the site? You seem to only sell the 50ml jar or 15ml tube.

Hi there, thank you for your question. We can confirm that there is no difference between the Skin Repair Light Cream Jar 50ml to Tube 50ml. Whilst we would love to be able to offer the tubes as an option to purchase individually, unfortunately, this option has historically not been a popular choice for our customers and so we have made the business decision to prioritise the jars as an individual option and only include our tubes of Skin Repair Cream 50ml within our Daily Routine offer. As my daughter is vegan I have to make sure products are organic and not animal tested. Are your products?

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. We can confirm that from day one, we've had a very clear Animal Testing policy... quite simply, we don’t do it. We do not conduct animal testing on any of our products or ingredients and all of our products are cruelty free. However, in some of our formulations we have harnessed the naturally active properties of beeswax, propolis, Manuka honey and organic black bee honey which are harvested as by-products from the honey industry, so our products are suitable for vegetarians. While we can confirm which products include these ingredients, without completing a full assessment of the entire supply chain we are unable to declare that our products are suitable for use by vegans. Our naturally active ingredients come from a variety of sources - some are certified organic, some are grown in the wild and others cultivated by growers who work to organic principles but are uncertified. Botanical hair oil £20 has it been discontinued?

Dear valued Liz Earle customer, We can confirm that we have not discontinued our Botanical Shine Nourishing Hair Oil. There are unfortunately known issues with suppliers worldwide at this time, including transportation, which is having an impact on us sourcing a key ingredient for this haircare formula. Pleased be assured we are working very hard behind the scenes to bring back the hair oil as fast as possible, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this item being temporarily unavailable. We would be more than happy to notify you as soon as our Botanical Shine Nourishing Hair Oil is available once more, if this is something you would like us to arrange, please email us naturallyactive@lizearle.com, or call our Customer Centre on 01983 813913. Our lines are open 8 am -6 pm Monday to Friday and closed on Bank Holidays. Apply to clean damp clean hair, leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse out with warm water.
