Famous for its excellent emollient properties, we source our cocoa butter from West Africa, where fermented beans of the cocoa tree are roasted, cracked and ground to give a powdery solid called cocoa mass, from which cocoa butter is pressed.

Rosemary

ROSEMARY EXTRACT
(Rosmarinus officinalis)

Used for its antioxidant properties, we source our rosemary from Spain, where the extract is filtered from the needle-shaped leaves of the plant.

Chamomile

Just dampen your fingers to massage the small amount of cleanser on your face/neck to remove make-up and dirt. The muslin cloth is excellent, it removes the product and make-up etc, acting as an exfoliate and leaves the skin positively glowing!

I have been using Liz Earle for some years(original) but bought c/p from qvc orange flower, it was a good offer but that’s where it ended. The result is a spotty complexion, and as I bought it to stock pile I am unable to return it

Do you still sell the 50ml Cleanse and Polish? I've found it a good size for holidays

What is the PH level?

Hello We can confirm that all of our products are pH balanced; most of the range is balanced to around 5.5, which is the skin’s normal pH.   This means that they are neither too alkaline or too acidic for the skin.  We hope this helps but please call our Customer Centre on 0800 413318 if you have any further queries or if there is anything else we can assist with.

How long does a 200ml of Cleanse & Polish last?

Is this product gluten free?

I see it contains hops. Is this gluten and wheat free?

While we can confirm which products include wheat as an intentional ingredient, without completing a full assessment of the entire supply chain we are unable to offer a full list of products that are free from wheat (so our products may not be suitable for someone with coeliac disease, for example, depending on how serious their allergy is). As a common sense precaution we would always recommend a 24 hour patch test is conducted prior to the first use of any new skincare product. Do you have to use the cloth to remove the product?

Can I use large cotton pads run under hot water to remove instead of the reusable cloth?

Can you take the cleanser off with the skin tonic or do you advise water first?

For example if you have had a skin peel and should refrain from using water.

For best results we would advise gently removing our Cleanse & Polish with water and the pure cotton cloth. How long would a 30ml (travel size) tube of cleanse and polish last?

I'm going away for 10 days and looking to travel light. Assuming I only used it once a day does anyone have any idea how many uses I could get out of a 30ml tube of cleanse and polish?

I've found it contains enough for two weeks, using it twice a day. If you're only using it once a day for ten days, you'll certainly have plenty left over.
