Rated 2 out of 5 by from Misleading description. Duo is not a good idea. I received my LE Order 06/06/25, including USSM & Superskin Night Cream DUO. From LE website description I understood that Moisturiser, in a white jar, is Unfragranced (which I wanted) and Night Cream in a green jar is ALSO unfragranced. So I paid for the Duo and waited patiently for my Order to be delivered. My disappointment is huge: Night Cream has full smell of fragrance, which put me off using it on my face and neck before going to sleep. I do not want my pillow, my bedroom and skin to smell in bed. IT Department MUST reconsider the description online: Moisturiser (white jar) is Unscented BUT Night Cream is scented. Choice for the customer. I have read all reviews about this product as a DUO: Busybeebee 2 years ago (thank you, Friend) wrote exactly about the same problem a negative response. Find it and read it! lE care Team promised to share her comments with LE IT Department. After 2 years passed, nothing has been done to resolve misleading description on the website and loyal customers, like me are confused and unhappy, wasting money and full of disappointment. I do not to send back a DUO product, because I need a white unfragrant jag BUT I do not need a green jar (smell, allergy). It is a dilemma, not good. Also, the inner lid is missing, as a somebody’s feedback reviewed. Poor! I will never order from LE website, not recommended to family and friends. Acknowledge.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not impressed with the Night cream I received The Night cream in this duo set is fragranced despite the fact that I ordered a "unfragranced" version. Also, the Night cream arrived with the outside lid loose, and the inside plastic lid missing. It looks messy to me and I was concerned about the contamination due to such unsealed condition. I called customer service to check and arrange a replacement. They said the inside lid had been removed deliberately and they were in a transition period to have the inside lid removed for all products. I think it is a bad move to be honest.

For the first time in almost two decades I tried another product which a friend had gifted me - moisturisers for day and for night, for aging skin. After a few weeks I noticed that my skin was dry with small, annoying breakouts, but persisted with the product until the night cream ran out as it was expensive and I did not wanted to disappoint my friend when she enquired about my experience. (I was using Cleanse & Polish throughout as no other cleanser works for me.) Since I now started using Liz Earle again, I cannot tell you what a difference it has made to my skin. Dryness gone, no breakouts, plump and soft skin for which I often received compliments in the past and have been blessed with again. I appreciate my Liz Earle afresh. Thank you for wonderful products!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superskin Day/Night cream 🤗 I bought the Superskin day/night cream two weeks ago. My skin was felt dry and looked dull. Both the day and night cream apply very easily and doesn’t sit on my skin leaving it feeling greasy. My skin now feels much happier far less dry and tight. On the plus side a little of this cream goes a long way. So I think it is good value for money and would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Hallo, ist es möglich, eine Probe von der Creme für empfindliche Haut zu bekommen? Ich suche schon lange nach einer für mich passenden Creme, da ich auf viele Cremes mit Rötung und Hitze reagiere..lG Martina
