British Silver Birch Water

BRITISH SILVER BIRCH WATER
(Betula pendula)

Silver birch is one of only 2 types of tree that are native to Britian. Our Silver Birch sap is collected or 'tapped' by hand, in the traditional, sustainable way during a brief moment in early spring, when the sap is rising. Approximately 5 litres are gathered from each tree; the tree produces around 200 litres a day, so the collection process has no impact on the vigour of the tree, and the tree is left ready to burst into leaf. This project is led by a husband and wife team who are both qualified environmentalists, one in forestry and the other in environmental protection. The birch project helps to finance these sustainable woodlands.

(Agastache Foeniculum)

Giant hyssop is used for its ability to calm and reduce the effects of stress on the skin. Our Giant hyssop is produced by a project in Mexico. This project is a cooperation with the University of Querétaro (México) to preserve biodiversity and aid women in the local community.

I bought these as they were on offer with some other product (love when you do this as gives a chance to try different products) I really like them and use when my skin is a little stressed/red I have v sensitive skin & this calm it down. It feels lovely & sinks in well however they are a little expensive for me at full price!

As a migraine sufferer I cannot wear anything, especially on my face, with a strong scent so this product ticks multiple boxes for me!

I put a few drops in with the probiotic balancing night cream and my skin tone is so much better, it’s incredible. I will order these two from now on along with the probiotic balancing milk cleanser

This is my first time trying these drops and I can definitely tell my face is calmer and doesn't look so red and blotchy. I wish there was a bigger bottle option. MY face does feel tighter and sticky with the product but I also layer it with lotion and spf which makes it totally fine.

Do I use a serum as well as the botanical drops?

Hi, many thanks for getting in touch. Our Calming Botanical Drops are a highly concentrated solution perfect for stress prone skin, especially skin prone to redness. It soothes the skin and reduces sensitivity with its expertly selected botanicals. The Calming Botanical Drops can be used in 3 ways. It can be used directly on the skin, mixed into a moisturiser of your choice or as a targeted treatment for different problem areas. You would definitely be able to use this alongside a serum. We would recommend using the serum first, then the Calming Botanical Drops alone or mixed into your moisturiser. I'm allergic to birch tree pollen... Is this product likely to cause me irritation?
