This report shows that skin confidence is about comfort, consistency and feeling supported in your own skin. Across all ages and life stages, women describe skin as something that goes beyond appearance, instead shaping mood, confidence and behaviour mood, confidence and behaviour daily.
The data highlights a shift away from overly complex routines, overconsumption and ‘quick fixes’ towards achievable routines that feel manageable and reassuring. Consistent regimes centred around cleansing and moisturising help build trust, reduce overwhelm and support skin health. It is these everyday practices, rather than rapidly obsolete trends, that underpin lasting skin confidence.
