I had a small bottle of this from my advent calendar. I loved it so much I have now started using it every day as part of my cleansing routine. My skin feels softer and looks brighter.

Excellent product
I’ve been using this for a while now along with the cleansing balm. It smells lovely brightens and moisturises skin and has reduced the dark patches. Also noticed a difference on my neck. Would definitely recommend and will be adding other products from this range

Lovely new product
I've been using this product for several weeks and it is fantastic for my skin. I am 68 with very dry skin and also I have patches of psoriasis across my forehead which are super dry and if they flare up feel very rough. This essence is absorbed very well and is non irritating. It leaves a nice glow and smooth textured skin. It's important to give it a good shake and not put too much on or even my skin would look oily. I have started to use the new serum after the essence and together they work really well. Very pleased.

My favourite Liz Earle product has to be the Superskin™ Advanced Brightening Essence. It’s become a staple in my routine because it instantly makes my skin feel refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably brighter. I’ve been using it daily after cleansing, and it layers perfectly before my serums and moisturiser.
What I love most about this product is how lightweight it feels while still delivering real results. It absorbs quickly into my skin without any stickiness, and it gives my complexion a healthy, radiant glow. Since using it, I’ve noticed my skin looks more even and feels much smoother, which has really boosted my confidence, especially on no-makeup days.

i love this but strugge as to where to fit it in! i usually cleanse& tone then this AND a serum then moisturise but this seems enough. should i cut out the toner? btw ppl - u only need a very tiny bit of this, and you need to shake it well.
I asked this question when purchasing this some long time ago when it was first introduced by Liz Earle. It states on the instructions to use after cleansing but no mention of toning or moisturising which was very unhelpful so I just used it after toning and then moisturised. In my opinion it would be best to only use the serum at night as it seems like too many products for morning use.

I probably wouldn’t use this under makeup, but if you do make sure it’s completely soaked into your skin before you do

Will the new Superskin Advanced Brightening Essence be made available as Stage 2 of the Build Your Skincare Routine?
Hi, I watched Sarah Carr on QVC explaining how to use it. First cleanse your face, then use Instant Boost Skin Tonic. Then, after shaking the bottle of Superskin Advanced Brightening Essance, put a few drops on your skin. When it has had a few minutes to soak in go ahead with your serum and moisturiser.

Is this to be used along side the toner and serum? I use the toner and the superskin serum. Is this to be used instead of one or both of these products, or as well as?
I used smooth and glow and instant skin tonic and the new tonic I use every 3 or 4 days , depending how I feel . I always use superskin moisturiser I hardly use the serum

Hi, I am 71 with dry skin. I am well into my second bottle, using it morning and evening, and it has not clogged my pores at all.

Do you use this as well as the toner

We can confirm that our Superskin Advanced Brightening Essence can be used alongside our Instant Boost Skin Tonic, as part of your skincare routine.
There are two phases to the Essence – an Aqueous phase and an Oil phase. Those two phases are made separately. Once shaken, they combine into one formulation. Due to the slightly oily texture, we would recommend using the Essence after our Instant Boost Skin Tonic.

I use the cleanse and glow range - do I use this after the toner and before moisturiser or instead of anything else?
I use it after cleansing, instead of toner, on a cotton pad but not near the eyes! I use regular toner around the eye area, then moisturise.
