Not for me
I purchased 3 items and all had to be returned. I found the smell off putting and the superskin day cream just didnt absorb into my skin, during the day it felt like i had gritty bits on my face. I was disappointed as had high hopes for these products as were recommened by a friend who loves them. Guess just dont suit everyone so was very happy a refund was offered, such good customer service.

Lovely moisturiser
I have been using this product and the night cream for two weeks. My order was dispatched and delivered very promptly. I am very happy that it has SPF and with the absorption and feel on the skin. It is too soon to comment on whether my skin appears any firmer but it has a healthy glow. It was also nice to receive some travel size samples with my order!

Beautiful face cream
Skin feels much less dry, much softer too, smells gorgeous. Soaks into skin and you dont need to use too much. Happy about the spf, as my foundation doesn't have one. Skin looks generally much brighter.

Just gone to buy what I've used for a long time & love (your Environmental Defence Cream SPF 25). It's cheaper & a higher SPF than this, a great size for travel, replaces foundation & doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Why has it been discontinued? :-(

Regrettably, I can confirm that our Environmental Defence Cream Mineral SPF 25 has been discontinued. This is never a decision we make lightly, but occasionally sometimes products are not as popular as we had hoped they would be. At this time, we don’t have a direct replacement available.

Used as a day to day moisturiser, SPF20 does not offer good UVA/UVB protection for the UK summer. Again why a low SPF ? Does LE have plans for a higher SPF from 30 ?
For me SPF20 is just right because my foundation also has an SPF. For the days you don't wear foundation I believe it's better than none at all and if your sun bathing then I would use a SPF50.

We have included SPF20 in this product; however, Superskin Advanced Firming Serum-in-Moisturiser SPF20 is not intended for sunbathing. This product contains a blend of botanicals that will help leave skin looking firmer, plumper and moisturised. The added SPF will help protect skin from incidental UV rays and future signs of visible sun damage. This is suitable for normal, low-level daily sun exposure; however, this should not be used as your primary SPF, which will be required if exposed to the sun for long periods and should be reapplied throughout the day.

Hi, do I need to buy the separate serum if I’m using the advanced firming serum-in-moisturiser? Thanks.
Thank you for your question. Our Superskin Advanced Firming Serum-in-Moisturiser is designed to give the benefits and feel of using a serum and a moisturiser in one step. Therefore, a separate serum is not required to see results.
However, if you choose to use one of our serums alongside it, your skin can benefit from an extra boost of targeted, naturally active ingredients that address specific concerns. It really comes down to your skin’s needs and personal routine preference.

Is Octocrylene used as a sunscreen in this product, if so, it’s not good for sensitive skin and has caused me many flare ups with no7 products.

We can confirm that all our formulations are made as mild and gentle as possible, and all products are assessed and approved by independent safety experts prior to placing them on the market. However, we are aware that any individual can react to even the most natural of ingredients in the same way as we all can to certain foodstuffs. As everyone’s skin is so very different, what can be suitable for one person may not be suitable for another, so we would recommend carrying out a patch test, when using any product for the first time. We also have a generous 60 day returns policy, should you find any products unsuitable, they can be returned to us for a full refund.
We can confirm that our Superskin Advanced Firming Serum-in-Moisturiser SPF20 does contain Octocrylene. We chose a Chemical SPF to follow our commitments to become a more inclusive brand, as a chemical SPF will not leave a white cast on deeper skin tones.

Does the Superskin Advanced range smell the same as the normal Superskin products? I hate the smell of the Superskin range so I’m not sure if I’d like this Advanced range. I’ve been using your normal range products for over 20 years.
