Smells fantastic
the smells absolutely incredible it is honestly Spa level. the feel absolutely soft and gentle all day long as well. is that good even when people come in the shower room after I'm out a comment on how lovely that sent is.

Great Brand
I am giving an overall rating of 5 stars for the Liz Earl body wash. The fragrance is not too strong but has a lovely scent and you get a great lather. I have been using Liz earl since she first started selling on QVC, I couldn't say how long ago that was, but it's been a while. I have sensitive skin and wouldn't use anything else. I have tried other brands (some expensive), during the years, however nothing has been as good. I have not yet tried the energise and glow body wash, but I am looking forward to it. I am positive it will be just as great if not better.

Liz Earle Shaving Cream is the Best.
I have bought this on many occasions and found it much better than other products i have had bought for me. However i always go back to the Liz Earle shave cream for a nicer shave.

Best on the market
Continually buy this wonderful product. The main reason is it is moisturising, lathers well allowing the skin to feel fresh and moisturised. I take it everywhere with me and doubles up for handwashing tights!

How long does the body wash last unopened and same for eye bright thanks

We can confirm that all our products come with a shelf life of 3 years unopened. However, many factors can influence the shelf life of a product once this reaches our customers. We would recommend storing our products in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. In a drawer or, cupboard away from a radiator is ideal.

Is there a use by date? I would like to buy now for next Christmas gifts.

We do not have a use by date on our products and our Botanical Shower Gel will certainly last for upto 3years unopened from the date of manufacture providing they are kept in conditions of average temperature and not too humid.

Would this or any of the body washes be suitable to use as a shampoo? Has anyone tried them for this? I ask as I am unable to use the new formula Liz Earle Shampoo as it made my head red and itchy and I'm struggling to find a shampoo. Thanks.

We're very sorry to hear that our Botanical Shine Shampoo has been unsuitable for you. We can confirm that All of our formulations are made as mild and gentle as possible, and all products are assessed and approved by independent safety experts prior to placing them on the market. However, we are aware that any individual can react to even the most natural of ingredients in the same way as we all can to certain foodstuffs. Sadly, as everyone’s skin is so very different, what can be suitable for one person may not be suitable for another.
We can confirm that our Energise & Glow Body Wash has not been tested for use on the hair, so we would recommend that this is used on the body only.

Why have you changed the recipe with orange flower botanical body wash. It doesn't smell the same, the smell was lovely but now it's just a very weakened version! You changed the toner but luckily you changed it back. Is this what we can expect from now o

I have been using the orange blossom body wash for sometime and love the smell , but what I love to know is why they don’t do it in a body lotion which would be lovely if my skin could the smell the same as my shower after using it.
Years ago there was a body cream to match the orange flower botanical body wash, I was told by customer service they brought it out to be used alongside it and they did work very well together. The body cream disappeared for a while, its back now but they have changed the orange flower botanical body wash and its awful. I will use up the body cream but I won't be buying the body wash unless they change it back, its completely different in every way. The smell, texture, its now drying on the skin and it doesn't last long. The original lasted into the next day, it was that good. Absolutely gutted this has happened.
