Given the oil content, is this product actually non-comedogenic?

None of the products in the Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare range have been tested for comedogenicity. However, we believe that one ingredient that could cause a product to be comedogenic is mineral oil, and this is not something that is used in our skincare range, as we believe that plant oils are better for the skin.

Can a 12 years old girl with sensitive skin use this?
This product is absolutely brilliant; light and non-greasy, ideal for ANY age, even for young ones coming into their teenage years where their skin is changing and that extra (and good) start to their beauty regime.

Can you use Skin Repair Light Cream, day & night, around the eyes?
I don’t see why not. I personally use the light cream during the day & a superskin moisturiser at night. Hope this helps🙃

is this cream supposed to burn a little bit

We are sorry to hear this, and can confirm that none of our formulations should feel uncomfortable on the skin, so it could be that you are experiencing a reaction to our Skin Repair Hydrating Night Cream.
All of our formulations are made as mild and gentle as possible, and all products are assessed and approved by independent safety experts prior to placing them on the market. However, we are aware that any individual can react to even the most natural of ingredients in the same way as we all can to certain foodstuffs. As everyone's skin is so very different, what will be suitable for some, may not be suitable for others, so we would always recommend carrying out a patch test when using any product for the first time.

liz earle night hydrating cream it got a strange unpleasant smell recently bought
I will admit that when I first started using this night cream it had an unusual scent to it, not exactly unpleasant but what I would say an earthy smell. All I can smell now is Lavender and its one of my favourite products.

Does your moisturisers have a spf factor in?

As our moisturisers are suitable for use both morning and evening, we have made this decision not to include SPF within these formulations. However, we would recommend our Environmental Defence Cream. This non-comedogenic formula delivers SPF25 broad spectrum protection, from UVA and UVB rays, blue light and pollution while enhancing skin's natural defence barrier. This should applied after your moisturiser, as the last step in your skincare routine.

Could I use this beautiful night cream which is non sticky smells devine and really smooths my skin as a day cream as well.mixxed with my day cream

We see no reason why you could not use this product as a day cream.
The skin’s regeneration and repair processes are most active during the night and our Four o’clock flower ingredient within the Skin Repair Hydrating night cream targets skin activity during the night, supporting regenerative processes for a more radiant, energised complexion.
However, as this product clearly suits your skin then you can certainly use on its own. All our products work together so it is also possible to mix with another of our moisturisers if you wish to to do.
