Great reusable facial pads
Really pleased with the facial pads, they feel soft on the face & do the job they are meant for. They wash great, would highly recommend.

Nice idea
I had these as part of a kit. Great idea but I think they are too thick and absorb too much product… I use them with the skin tonic. If they were made of a few layers of the muslin cloth they’d dry out quicker too

Good for the environment …
I want to do my bit and these are the second lot of re-useable facial pads I’ve tried (they were a free offer). The others came from different company, but apart from being a little smaller than the LE ones they are made of the same fabric.
I only use cottonwool pads in my beauty routine to apply my toner and my gripe with new re-usable ones is that when you pour the toner onto the pad it flows straight off it without soaking in. Maybe advice to wash them first would have helped.
Having washed them once, the toner still tends to ‘float’ on the top and needs to be added slowly and helped to soak in. This means that I use much more toner than I would if using a cottonwool pad. Good for the Liz Earle as I have to buy more toner and for the environment as no cottonwool in landfill, but not quite so economical for me.

Great idea
So pleased with these. I have been reluctant to use the tonic up to now as feel it’s wasteful of cotton pads. Since receiving these reusable ones I use my face tonic daily.

We would recommend washing the reusable cotton pads after every couple of uses to keep the cotton fresh and clean. The pads can be washed in with your normal white or light wash at 30 degrees. If you have very sensitive eyes/skin and find detergent residue irritates, we suggest washing the pads in soap flakes or boiling them in plain water. We would also recommend allowing these to air dry and not tumble dry.
