Hi do you use the serum around the eyes? Does it contain neuroli as I've found anything with neuroli I can't use it dries my skin. I've tried another brand serum and have come out in spots. I use superskin unfragranced moisturiser have used it for a while
This is not an eye product so I would not use it near the eyes as per the information on the bottle/carton. It is best to use creams and serums specifically for the eyes such as Superskin eye cream. The serum does not contain neroli.

is this suitable for use on perioral dermatitis?

We can confirm that all our formulations are made as mild and gentle as possible, and all products are assessed and approved by independent safety experts prior to placing them on the market. However, we are aware that any individual can react to even the most natural of ingredients in the same way as we all can to certain foodstuffs.
Unfortunately, as our products are not intended for medical use we regret that we are unable to advise if it would be suitable as we do not know what ingredients your skin may be sensitive to. It may be worth checking with your GP for further advice. If you do decide to try it we'd suggest that you carry out a patch test first. A little should be applied to a small area such as the crook of the elbow or behind the ear at least 24 hours before use.

Would this product be suitable for improving the look of fine forehead lines?

Our Skin Repair Hydrating Serum has been designed to instantly quench thirsty skin with a concentrated hydration boost - it contains a double concentration of our hydrating actives and provides an instant and continuous burst of refreshing hydration. Whilst this is not promoted as an 'anti-ageing' product, we know that hydrated skin will appear much smoother, plumper and fine lines will appear softer.
All of our products are formulated to be as mild and gentle as possible; however, we would always recommend you carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (behind the ear is ideal in this instance). Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours – or at any point during use - then you should immediately discontinue use and we would not recommend use of that particular product.

Does this serum target facial redness?
First off I have to say I don't suffer from facial redness, but can maybe comment on what I have found using the serum. I have a patch of dry raised skin on my forehead and it has been helped in the past by the moisture as my skin has aged. But on trying the hydrating serum I have found such a difference. It is cool to the Skin and hydrates really well. I dispense onto the palm of my hand and then press onto my forehead then cheeks and remainder I press into my neck. Whether I do it correctly remains to be seen! Have to admit my skin feels soft and smooth and clear and really comfortable. I hope this helps.

I currently use cleanse, toner and moisturiser as my morning and evening routine and i've just bought the Skin Repair Hydrating Serum...at what point in the routine do i use this?
