Disappointed
Having not bought this for a while I took advantage of a special offer and ordered some. I have to say that by comparing to an old travel sized bottle that I had, I can see the ingredients have changed and disappointingly it no longer has the lovely fragrance that it used to.

Cleanses well

Great skin tonic
I really love this product & look forward to using after I’ve cleansed AM & PM. It just completes that part of the process nicely. It hydrates & smooths so I can apply my day or night products. I always have one spare as I don’t like to run out, that’s how much I like 😁

What’s the shelf Life of the cleanse and polish. Is there a date code on it please? I’ve just been passed on some unopened 100ml ones but not sure if they are out of date. There is a code on the bottom 7kk 21313

We can confirm that all our products come with a shelf life of 3 years unopened. However, many specific factors can influence the shelf life of a product once this has been received by the customer. Therefore we're unable to confirm how long your Liz Earle product can be stored unopened once it has been dispatched to you. We do recommend that you store our products in a drawer or cupboard, away from direct sunlight or radiator.
We can confirm that the Cleanse & Polish was manufactured in October 2021.

I miss the instant boost skin tonic in the spray bottle. It was so refreshing in the summer. I used to have one at home and keep one in the car, too. Are you planning on bringing it back please?

We loved our Instant Boost Skin Tonic Spritzer too! Sadly while the outer packaging was fully recyclable the inner mechanism was not. Our Packaging worked tirelessly on this, but could not perfect the pump, so sadly, we made the difficult decision to discontinue this.
While we're not aware of any plans for this to return in the spritz bottle, we will share your valued feedback with the relevant teams.

How do I use this product?
Thank you for your questions!
Open cap and pour a generous amount onto reusable cotton pads and sweep over your face and neck from the centre of your face outwards, across the cheeks, along the jawline and down the neck.
You can also directly into your palms and apply that way if you prefer.

Hi does Liz Earle do a Micellar Water? Sometimes I just want a quick wipe over and I think it would be a great additional to the range. I realise we all like to have a proper skincare regime but sometime I want something quick and fast like Micellar.

Is this non comedogenic?
Yes not only does C&P get rid of blackheads etc if you wrap the muslin cloth round your finger and rub the sides of your nose or chin etc, it will also prevent any future breakouts.

Could you explain what's in the toner that gives me blemishes please? I love the hot cloth cleanser and moisturizer and I use it all the time but both the eye bright and toner cause blemishes, they are sore to touch red blemishes not spots.

Is it definitely 100% the original formula? I really don’t want to waste money buying multiple bottles and end up with the sticky new one again :’( it feels too good to be true ….
I beg to differ . The proper Original version had Rose Geranium in it . The new Original does not ! It now smells nothing like the formula that was around when Liz Earle still owned the company…. I loved all the Energising products, so sad that you decided to discontinue all of them !!

hello, I'm wondering, I'm on the fence. Did they reformulate this after so many complaints of the foamy sticky consistency? I had to throw a bottle away a couple of years ago. But I was hoping to re purchase is they fixed this issue. thank you.
Not quite back to the original formula. The Rose Geranium is no longer in this version, where as it was in the Original , original version !!
