I bought this product alongside some sale and offer products and not been disappointed . It saves buying extra bottles of serum , as it's already encorperated into the cream .... love it and it's so luxurious with a luscious scent .

Couldn't tell there was a serum
I normally use the original superskin moisturizer which I am very happy with but saw this and thought I would try as it has a added serum. For me it did not give my skin the glow the normal superskin moisturizer does and I saw no added benefit of having a serum added on my skin.

Lovely balm
I decided to try this as I love Liz Earle. As I'm now older I need a bit more help and this cleansing balm is lovely. It melts in your hands, you don't need much, then rub over your face then take it off with a warm wet cloth. It leaves a beautiful glow on the cheeks. Its good for sensitive skin too. Smells divine and I love it. Have bought two now one for my bathroom and one for the bedroom.

If neroli is included in Superskin Advanced why is it not listed in the ingredients or can I just not see it?

Is the new superskin serum meant to look glittery. I tried it for the first time today and I can see tiny glittery particles all over my face which I really don't like. It also doesn't feel very hydrating so quite disappointed

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with our Superskin Advanced Serum-in-Moisturiser.
This contains a number of ingredients which help to plump, firm and hydrate the skin. For example, Cranberry Seed Oil which helps to improve moisture retention and is rich in skin-plumping essential fatty acids and Rosehip Seed Oil which has excellent moisturising properties.
We can advise that this product does contain some mineral ingredients however, we would not expect this to be noticeable on your skin.

I have been told that this product contains SPF and that I shouldn’t wear it at night. Is this correct?

As our moisturisers can be used both morning and evening, we have chosen not to include SPF as this is not required in the evening. We can confirm that our Superskin Advanced Firming Serum-in Moisturiser does not contain SPF. However, we would recommend our Environmental Defence Cream - SPF25. Our non-comedogenic formula delivers SPF 25 broad spectrum protection from UVA and UVB rays, blue light and pollution while enhancing skin's natural defence barrier. Enriched with a priming, light reflecting pigment that blends with all skin tones, plus blueberry seed oil, lingonberry seed oil and shea butter, skin is left looking healthy and luminous. This would be applied after your moisturiser.
Should you decide to try this, we would always recommend you carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (behind the ear is ideal in this instance). Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours – or at any point during use - then you should immediately discontinue use and we would not recommend use of that particular product.
We also have a generous 60 day returns policy, should you find any products unsuitable and need to return them to us for a refund.

I have menopausal acne and usually use oil free - will this one make me break out or is it suitable for all skin?

Suitable for all skin types, our Superskin Advanced Firming Serum-in-Moisturiser contains rosehip seed oil, which is rich in essential fatty acids and helps enhance the barrier function of the skin while improving moisture retention - this is known for it's excellent moisturising properties.

Our Superskin Face Serum contain ingredients that are not found in our Superskin Advanced Serum-in-Moisturser, so this does have different benefits. For example, the Persian Silk Tree Extract in our Superskin Face Serum is known for it's skin brightening properties, so will certainly help to boost the radiance of your skin.
Our Superskin Advanced Firming Serum-in-Moisturiser can be used on it's own or, along side our Superskin Face Serum for maximum results.

I’m now very confused by all the different moisturisers that are now available. I’m 70 I have used superskin in the past, I also use superskin oil. I’m looking for a nightcream which produce do you recommend for aging slightly normal to dryskin
I am 70 with slightly normal to dry skin too. I am now using the new superskin advanced serum in moisturiser at night and have found it really has made a difference to how my skin feels in the morning. I can't believe how soft and plumper it feels.
