Fabulous wrap-around support

I bought this facial as a gift for my daughter’s birthday having had one myself as I new it would be a lovely treat.I have used Liz Earle products for years but due to the fact that the small travel sizes have been reintroduced with online orders and the wasteful environmental impact of these I am sad to say that I am going to change my brand of skincare.

Lovely idea for gifts
Love the idea for these treatment vouchers, I received one for my birthday and had a fantastic time. Only thing I would say is it would be nice to buy smaller amounts to put towards treatments as not everyone can afford the whole price.

Wonderful Facial!
The most fantastic facial I've ever had. The therapist (Emily) was brilliant. I found it really informative (eventhough I've used Liz Earle at home for nearly 20 years) and was thrilled at how my skin looked and felt afterwards.

Relaxing luxury experience
Ok so the price of this has gone up quite a lot in the last few years but this is the best facial I've ever had and I've been to a few different places. My husband bought this for me as a birthday treat and booked me in at the Isle of Wight store which was even more of a treat. My therapist Becky was absolutely lovely and took her time before the facial to go through my skin routine and what she would be doing throughout the treatment. The facial itself was absolutely the most relaxing experience and I felt very pampered. My skin felt refreshed after and there was no need for make up as I had that glowy look. I bought a few recommended products after but there was no pressure from the girls in store to buy like a lot of other shops would make you feel like you have to buy their products. Even though I don't live on the Isle of Wight, I would definitely go back here as a treat now and then and highly recommend to anyone.

Good ... however
I went to the Duke of York store in London recently and had the Signature Facial. Before I saw the therapist for my facial I had to complete a survey about my skin and lifestyle and there was a box to tick if I wanted the Therapist to talk me through the products she would use as she used them. I ticked that box, but the Therapist did not talk me through which products she was using ... which was a waste of time completing the survey! I did however enjoy the facial. No tea or coffee are offered ... instead they prefer to give you mineral water based drinks, which won't be to every customers' taste.
