E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
Liz Earle e-Gift Cards are issued by Liz Earle Beauty Co. Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 3070395 and have our registered office at Sedley Place 4th Floor, 361 Oxford Street, London, England, W1C 2JL. Our VAT number is 240430259.
2. eGift Card Purchase
Promo codes cannot be applied to e-Gift Card purchases. Loyalty points are not awarded on e-Gift Card purchases E-Gift Cards can only be purchased in GPB currency.
3. E-Gift Card Use
Liz Earle Digital e-Gift Cards are redeemable online only at www.lizearle.com when shopping in the GBP currency, and are only redeemable against orders with a UK delivery address.
4. Expiry
All Liz Earle e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of the last use or balance enquiry.

6. Your Right to Cancel
Digital e-Gift Cards can be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been sent or accessed. Once an e-Gift Card has been delivered or accessed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
7. Returns
Items purchased using e-Gift Cards can be returned and will be refunded with another e-Gift card. Please contact Customer Care for more details.
8. Lost or Stolen Cards
- E-Gift Cards should be treated like cash.
- Liz Earle is not responsible for e-Gift cards delivered to wrong emails by the purchaser
- We may cancel a card if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
9. Usage Limitations

E-Gift cards cannot be:
- Redeemed for cash
- Reloaded or transferred for value
- Used to purchase other gift cards
- Used in-store

11. Delivery Terms
We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect recipient details (email address). Contact Customer Centre if you encounter delivery issues
12. Digital Delivery Issues
Digital e-Gift Cards are sent by email. If the recipient hasn’t received it, common issues include:
- Email sent to spam/junk folders
- Full inbox or firewall blocking
- Typo in email address
To prevent issues, please whitelist Liz Earle e-Gift Cards in your email settings
13. Personal Messages
A personal message can be added to your e-Gift Card during purchase. We reserve the right to reject or remove messages that are inappropriate or offensive.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law, and legal proceedings will be held in the English courts.
