Great eye lotion!
I have been using this eye lotion for a couple of years and it is one of my favourite products. It is wonderfully soothing, brilliant for puffy eyes and can be used as a cooling, soothing skin tonic. I wouldn't be without it.

Great product for sensitive skin
I use this product 2 or three times a week and it really helps with my dry skin. It very soft and doesn’t upset my sensitive skin. It goes a long way too as you only need a pea size amount.

Help soothes gritty puffy eyes
I have a lot of issues with dry, gritty eyes, but since using this I have noticed a significant improvement in these symptoms. It is deeply cleansing, but kind and gentle. Highly recommend.

Skin feels wonderful
I use the exfoliator on a regular basis, and my skin feels wonderful and looks great, glowing in fact. I am an older woman and this is a very gentle exfoliator and perfect for mature skin. I love it…thank you.

Does this go on damp/wet skin or dry skin?
After cleansing and patting fry with a towel, apply toner on cotton wool with gentle sweeping strokes from the neck upwards, avoiding eyes, skin with feel refreshed but not taut

We can confirm that the Gentle Face Exfoliator in the 75ml pump was discontinued in July 2021, after which our recyclable aluminium tube packaging was launched.

Do you need to wash off the eye bright soothing eye lotion
No not all - it’s a refreshing cleanser for the eyes especially if they are dry gritty but I also use it to remove mascara.

Is this product suitable for use on very dry eyes? I use eye drops prescribed by my doctor 6 or more times a day.

Our light, non-oily Eyebright Soothing Eye Lotion will gently remove final traces of eye make-up while soothing and hydrating the delicate eye area. This will also help to revitalises tired, puffy-looking eyes.
However, this product is not intended for medical use and we are not medically trained, so we would be unable to advise if this will be suitable for use alongside any medication you have been given by your GP. You may wish to seek some advice from a medical professional first.
It may also help you to know, that a full ingredients list for each of our products can be found on our website.
We can confirm that all our formulations are made as mild and gentle as possible, and all products are assessed and approved by independent safety experts prior to placing them on the market. However, we are aware that any individual can react to even the most natural of ingredients in the same way as we all can to certain foodstuffs. I love the eyebright in the beige bottle I received a free eyebright in the blue bottle, it irritates my eyes, is this because this one now contains micellar water?
