Didn’t think you could improve on Superskin, but…
I’ve been a Superskin user for a few years now, didn’t think there could be anything better - then I tried Superskin Advanced. Wow. For a start, simplicity wins with me every time: I just can’t be doing with having to use a million different products and I’ve never been into serums. So having a moisturiser and serum combined is a great time and space saver. Then there’s the product itself. It’s so rich, even on my super-dry and super-sensitive skin - yet somehow it also just melts in and feels weightless. My skin feels beautifully hydrated, comfortable and noticeably smoother. I also love the slight cooling sensation you get a couple of seconds after application that feels so fresh and light. Seriously impressed with this product!

Makes my skin happy
I was sent a sample of this to try, and was so impressed bought some more. I use this at night after cleansing with the new balm and by morning my skin is happy. Since hitting the menopause my skin has become very dry and this really helps,

So far, so good!
I've been using for a couple of weeks now and as the title, so far, so good. It's the first moisturiser I've used that I can actually feel on my skin without being shiny or leaving any stickiness. I'm hoping that this is the serum making a difference, I've used the super-skin for years but never felt any benefit other than moisturised skin! Certainly didn't improve the look of faint lines but that could be asking too much. Fingers crossed.

I use the advanced firming serum in moisturiser every morning and the superskin night cream before bed and since i've done this, two months ago, the softness od my mature skin has improved. Being a two in one product I save both time and money on not having to buy two products.

Lovely soft skin
The cream looks and feels thick in texture, however, once on the skin it is soft and effective. I noticed the difference in my skin after one use. its definitely a product i will be purchasing again and it has prompted me to look at other products in this skin care range.

Fantastic daily face moisturiser
I’ve used the Superskin range now for a long time and I find this great value overall because it has the serum added. A little goes a long way, if you do happen to put too much on then just leave it for a moment and it will sink in. It’s wonderful after my morning cleanse and instant boost skin tonic transforming my tired face into a much more radiant and glowing version of myself. I wouldn’t be without it!

My skin had been looking dull and my day cream was starting to make my skin look greasy and uneven. I've been using this cream for a little over 2 weeks and I can really see a difference in the improvement of my skin. It's tone is more even, looking and feeling softer and smoother. A little bit this product goes a long way and melts into the skin beautifully without leaving a greasy layer. I'd definitely recommend

Makes my skin feel cold
Not sure about this cream. It might work well, but I have stopped using it after a few times as it makes my skin feel very cold, it's like it were covered in cold sweat. The feeling will pass eventually but I simply don't like it and stopped using it. I might give it a go again in summer when it's warm as maybe it will feel nice then. Other than that, I dont think thats a cream for me which is a shame as it's important for me to buy cruelty free vegan products.

I have used Liz Earle produ ts for over 25 years now and love them, i wont use anuthing else. Recently tried a new product (superskin advanced serum) as my 55 year old skin is starting to change. The serum is lovely and doesnt feel greasey on the skin, only needs a tiny amount to cover my face. My friends say my skin looks great for my age....i always answer the same....Liz Earle products look after my skin.
Love love love.....will continue to purchase and use the products.

I’m trying the new Superskin moisturiser with serum - my skin feels about the same and I can’t really say I’ve I haven’t noticed a difference as yet - to be honest I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks (I’m 68 so not sure that I can really expect a huge difference to my lovely lines and wrinkles) 🤔

The best ever moisturiser
I never thought there could be a better Superskin moisturiser, but there is. I have been using this for about 5 weeks, and my skin feels firmer, plumper and looks brighter. At 66 I do not expect to be line free, but mine do appear softer than previously, which is a bonus.

Brilliant free gift
I was given a free sample of the new serum in moisturiser about a month ago. I had been having real trouble with my skin for a while due to the menopause. I was having breakouts around my chin and some dry patches on my cheeks. It was really affecting me and my old products just didn't seem to be working. This cream has helped me tremendously. I no longer have any dry skin. I was worried a a richer cream might make my breakouts worse but it hasn't. My skin seems more balanced. I would urge anyone going through similar issues to try it.

I have dry, sensitive skin that feels tight, "wind burnt" + uncomfortable. I have used Superskin Night Cream day and night for years. Over the last 9+ months idk if this product is hydrating my skin anymore :( Will this be better? I am desperate. Tysm.
I would definitely recommend it. I used to have the same problem with my skin. I have been using Liz Earle products for 20+ years, I have been using this cream at night since the menopause creeped up on me, when I wake up in the morning my skin still feels plump and hydrated. It is one of my staples now. Hope this helps.

First time to buy Liz Earle. I am 55 years old and want to use something more natural compared to other moisturisers. Not sure to go with Superskin (regular one) or ‘Advanced’. I usually use a moisturiser with SPF…. Pls advise. TY
Both are beautiful and leave your skin feeling hydrated and smooth. The Advanced definitely plumps your skin, however if you have any sensitivity, the the Superskin Original is best. Neither have spf, so their environmental defense cream over the top would be a good option.👍

Is the new superskin serum meant to look glittery. I tried it for the first time today and I can see tiny glittery particles all over my face which I really don't like. It also doesn't feel very hydrating so quite disappointed

This contains a number of ingredients which help to plump, firm and hydrate the skin. For example, Cranberry Seed Oil which helps to improve moisture retention and is rich in skin-plumping essential fatty acids and Rosehip Seed Oil which has excellent moisturising properties.
We can advise that this product does contain some mineral ingredients however, we would not expect this to be noticeable on your skin.

I have been told that this product contains SPF and that I shouldn’t wear it at night. Is this correct?

As our moisturisers can be used both morning and evening, we have chosen not to include SPF as this is not required in the evening. We can confirm that our Superskin Advanced Firming Serum-in Moisturiser does not contain SPF. However, we would recommend our Environmental Defence Cream - SPF25. Our non-comedogenic formula delivers SPF 25 broad spectrum protection from UVA and UVB rays, blue light and pollution while enhancing skin's natural defence barrier. Enriched with a priming, light reflecting pigment that blends with all skin tones, plus blueberry seed oil, lingonberry seed oil and shea butter, skin is left looking healthy and luminous. This would be applied after your moisturiser.
Should you decide to try this, we would always recommend you carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (behind the ear is ideal in this instance). Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours – or at any point during use - then you should immediately discontinue use and we would not recommend use of that particular product.
We also have a generous 60 day returns policy, should you find any products unsuitable and need to return them to us for a refund.
