(Vaccinium macrocarpon)
Used in our products for its ability to help improve moisture retention, cranberries are native to the peat wetlands of North America. Rich in skin-plumping essential fatty acids and nourishing vitamin E, our oil is produced by cold-pressing the seeds of the bright, red berries.
ACACIA TREE EXTRACT
(Acacia senegal)
A plant based alternative collagen from the acacia tree – mimics the benefits of collagen to leave skin looking firmer, plumper and moisturised.

(Rosa rubiginosa)

Luxury in a pot
Having tried a cleansing balm in the past and not been keen, I an so glad I tried the Liz Earle Superskin balm. It smells lovely and is easy to apply and rinse off with the cloth. My skin feels nourished and soft, even before applying my moisturiser. Highly recommended.

Easy to use. Has made a difference to my skin by evening out the tone and softening laughter lines. Use as a double cleanse at night with usual cleanse and polish. Have waited over 2 weeks before reviewing as this is recommended time to see a noticeable difference. Will continue to use as a little goes a long way

Best cleaning balm
I purchased this cleansing balm for the first time a couple of months ago & really pleased with it as it removes all makeup including waterproof easily and leaves skin feeling clean and refreshed

Good cleanser
It’s a lovely cleansing balm my only issue is sometimes you get bits in it that are hard to rub down when warming between hands. I don’t know if it was just the batch I received or a common issue.

Brilliant Product
Having used Cleanse & Polish for 29 years. This Balm is a brilliant addition to my routine & I have incorporated into my Double Cleanse for the past week. It works a treat. My only gripe is the Cotton Towelling Cloths ae not available to purchase yet in a pack or singly. I bought some cloths from Boots but the quality was not as good as the cloth with the balm. Please add the cloths to your product list as using the balm twice a day- I need 2 fresh/clean cloths a day as I do the muslin cloths. I cannot believe the difference in my skin. Thank you.

I know this product is new but I love it.
Its makes my skin soft, clean and the smelll is just is lovely.
The cloth works so well with the balm but its a shame we can not as yet buy them separately as I prefer a clean cloth each day..

Beautiful texture and amazing fragrance.
i came away from Liz Earle when money was tight and used cheaper products for years. Approaching 60, I felt I should treat my skin how it deserves and I have more disposable income now. I`m so glad I returned. This balm cleanser is an absolute treat. It goes on like oil and your skin immediately looks glowing and plumped. The smell is something else and I take time to inhale the aromas as I cleanse. I have already noticed a different in the hydration and plumpness of my skin.

I'm not a medical expert to advise you but all these products are cruelty free, no animals involved, it's all plant based products, everything is natural with nature, if you do buy the balm your skin would thank-you for it, it's calming and gives super soft skin.

Do you use this instead of cleanse or polish? Or before?
I cleanse with cleanse and polish to remove all impurities and then I put the balm on after to give my skin a boost of goodness like a wonderbalm

I notice the cleansing balm was only tested on 113 women, is this product not suitable for men, maybe missing a trick, as I've bed using cleanse and polish for some years. Terry

Do you have to use a cleansing cloth to remove this cleanser or will rinsing of only be ok? Thank you.

We would recommend removing our Superskin Advanced Nourishing Cleansing Balm with the white toweling cloth provided, to ensure that all product, daily grime, makeup and SPF is thoroughly removed from the skin. The skin can then be rinsed with warm water.

Would you recommend using this to remove makeup before using the cleanse and polish or after using the cleanse and polish to remove makeup as a second cleanse?
As I don't wear make up, I am not able to answer your question. The jury is still out on this new product. I am a big fan of cleanse and glow but thought I would give this a go. It feels lovely on the skin but no difference in appearance of my face
