Skin saver
I received this cleanser as part of a larger kit and it had been sitting in my cupboard untouched for a few months when I had a sudden unexplained skin flare up. Nothing was settling it down so in desperation I switched from my usual cleanse and polish to this balm. Within a couple of days my skin was less red and sore and now three weeks later all the irritation has gone so I’m sticking with it. Very pleased!

Amazing cleanser
I have recently bought my second jar of this product. It is the most amazing cleanser leaving my skin super smooth, glowing and definitely eliminating the appearance of fine lines. My neck also has greatly improved while using this. I would never be without it now.

Amazing cleanser
I have used the Superskin balm now for a while , I always used to use cleanse and polish , but tried this on a whim …..its lovely , it does nourish my skin as well and takes off all my makeup easily.
Not that I didn’t like cleanse and polish, it’s a great product. However the Superskin balm is a step up!

Beautiful product. Stylish and modern packaging. White face cloth works a treat. Fragrance is delicate. Texture is smooth and silky. You only need a small amount so it’s great value. My skin looks clearer and feels smoother. Love this product.

How often is it recommended to use the Superskin Cleansing balm and does it replace use of anything else whilst using?
I used it daily to remove makeup in the evening and it would replace your normal evening cleanser. You could also use in the morning as well

Does moisturiser have spf
Hi, thanks for getting in touch.
We can confirm that none of our moisturisers contain SPF, this is so they can be used both am and pm (with no sun at night there’s no need to use an SPF). It’s important to protect your skin daily with an SPF and we offer our Environmental Defence Cream, SPF25 to protect the skin against UVA/B rays, blue light rays and pollution.

How do I get extra cleansing cloths to use with the balm?

It's a question we get asked a lot . At the moment they aren't available to buy separately..
I suggest buying cotton face flannels .

Does this help with dry / sensitive skin? Cleanse & polish work for me, it agitates my skin. my skin feels wind burnt, tight, uncomfortable, it’s not patchy, it looks pretty good, but it feels horrible. I’ve just turned 50 so I need more hydration. SOS.

We are sorry to find that our Cleanse & Polish has been unsuitable for you. We do make all our formulations as mild and gentle as possible, so they can be used by those with even the most sensitive skin. However, we are aware that some people can react to even the most gentle ingredients, in the same way we can react to certain food types, so always recommend a patch test when using any product for the first time.
Our Superskin Advanced Nourishing Cleansing Balm is suitable for all skin types, but this is perfect for mature or, collagen-depleted skin. Due to the rich consistency, this could be comforting and nourishing for dry skin.
It may help you to know, if you purchase this with us direct, we do have a generous 60 day returns policy so if a product does prove to be unsuitable, this can be returned to us for a full refund.

Good evening, can I use the product in the evening and use the original Polish in the morning?
I think you certainly can, personally I prefer to use C&P in the evening to remove all the grim of the day off but nothing stopping you using the balm in the evening, it does have a lovely relaxing type of scent

How often can you use the cleansing balm with my other liz Earle skin products
Fantastic product, I use it practically every day! I am unable to use most other brands on my skin (as I have quite sensitive skin), but Liz Earle products are just an angels touch on my skin all my friends comment on how great my skin looks for my 60yrs!! Go for it !

Can you use this over your eyes ?

Our Superskin Advanced Nourishing Cleansing Balm helps skin regain the look of youthful volume in one ultra-nourishing cleanse, this can be used to cleanse the skin morning and night. The cleansing balm gently removes waterproof makeup, SPF and impurities whilst boosting moisture to reveal instantly plumper, smoother looking skin.
This product was tested for use on and around the eyes to remove makeup and was shown that it was safe for this use. There is a safety warning on the side of the product regarding use around the eyes, however this refers to if the product gets inside the eye.
