Sometimes it’s a case of heading back to the lab to tweak a formulation, but when that isn’t possible, or when products simply aren’t as popular as we’d have hoped, the difficult decision to discontinue may have to be made.

On occasion, legislative changes can mean we have to stop using certain ingredients in our products. While our team of experts do their utmost to update a formulation to meet these new requirements, it can sometimes mean the product quality is affected. We only want to give you the very best, so when a revised formula can’t match up to our original, despite our best efforts, we will choose to retire the product rather than settle for less.
