I bought this set for my daughter who is 15 with sensitive skin, and was having some acne. I used it myself and it hydrated my skin and left it glowing, she now uses this and I am using the super skin range ❤️

I’ve used a couple of different brands of Facial Products for the last few years, but I can honestly say that Liz Earle products have been top tier for my 53 year old, menopausal skin. I’ve always had pretty good skin and have had some lovely compliments over time, but I’ve had so many more in the last few weeks! My face/neck and chest look and feel smoother and more hydrated. I’ll definitely be sticking with -and recommending-this brand ♥️ really lovely, good quality products

Brighten whilst nourishing
Found this product really good at brightening appearance of skin after the winter months. Moisturiser has a lovely smell and absorbs into skin well. Love the gel to milk consistency of the face wash and is easy to use in the shower without needing a face cloth to wash off. The toner has a nice, refreshing scent and just helps to lift any residue of the product.

Would this cleanser be ok to use on rosacea prone skin?

All the products within our Skincare Routine – Glow Essentials, including the Cleanse & Glow Transforming Gel Cleanser have been created to be suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Whilst we do have a number of customers with skin conditions such as rosacea who have shared positive experiences with our products, they are not intended to treat or manage medical conditions. As everyone's skin is unique, we cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual or know which ingredients your skin may be sensitive to.
With this in mind, we would recommend carrying out a patch test before using any new product. Apply a small amount close to the intended area of use (behind the ear is ideal) and leave for 24 hours. If you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during this time, or at any point whilst using the product, discontinue use and contact us for further advice.
A gentle, consistent skincare routine can play an important role in helping to care for skin affected by rosacea, and in very mild cases may help to keep skin feeling comfortable.
For added reassurance, if you purchase directly from us and find the product isn't suitable for your skin, we offer a 60-day returns policy. You can return it free of charge for a full refund or exchange even if you have tried the products.

Can I use Cleanse and Glow to remove eye makeup?

Our Cleanse & Glow Transforming Gel Cleanser can be used to remove eye makeup.
As it is a wash-off cleanser, some product may get into the eyes during use. For this reason, you may prefer to remove the product from the eyes with a cloth first.
Alternatively, eye make-up can easily be removed with our Eyebright Soothing Eye Lotion.

What skin type is this best suited to. I’m 51 and would have more dry skin

Suitable for all skin types however, we would recommend our Glow Routine to those who are finding their skin is looking a little dull or tired and wish to boost the radiance of the skin.
Our Revitalise & Glow Illuminating Moisturiser is a lightweight, gel formulation, so those with drier skin may find this is not quite rich enough for them.

Hi I've used liz earle cleanse and Polish and superskin unfragranced moisturiser for while tried cleanse and glow cleanser and toner which I like too but then went over to Tropic Skincare have started getting spots can you advise best products for me 🙏

We're sorry to hear that you are currently having problems with your skin. As we're not familiar with other brands, it would be difficult to advise why your skin is suddenly breaking out, with your current routine.
Oilier complexions provide the perfect environment for blackheads, congestion and blemishes to flourish. While this may tempt you to gravitate towards harsher formulas to keep oil in check, these may actually have a drying effect that encourages the skin to pump out yet more oil. Therefore it’s important to balance oil reduction with hydration to ensure the skin remains supple without overproducing oil.
Our ‘Daily Routine’ of cleanse, tone and moisturise will help to keep your skin clean, clear and balanced. Our Superskin Moisturiser is the richest moisturiser in our range, this is perfect for those with dry or mature skin types. If this was making your skin break out, we would recommend our Skin Repair Light Cream, which is suitable for those with normal/combination skin.
Our Glow Routine is perfect for those that wish to boost the radiance of their skin. Our Smooth & Glow Exfoliating Tonic and Revitalise & Glow Illuminating Gel Moisturiser also contain Prickly Pear which is one of natures natural exfoliants, this helps to boost cell turnover, which will remove dead skin cells, leaving skin looking cleaner and clearer.
Used 2 - 3 times a week, our Gentle Exfoliator helps to clear up blackheads, blocked pores and congested skin.
Our Deep Cleansing Clay Mask will also help to purify and regulate any oiliness, to leave skin looking clean, clear and balanced. This can be used 2 - 3 times a week.
We'd suggest (as with all our products) that you carry out a patch test first. A little should be applied to a small area such as the crook of the elbow or behind the ear at least 24 hours before using it.

The ingredient Q10 or, Coenzyme is commonly used as an antioxidant. However, this ingredient is not currently used in any of our formulations. You will find antioxidants such as vitamin E in many of our products.
We can confirm that all our formulations are made as mild and gentle as possible, and all products are assessed and approved by independent safety experts, prior to placing them on the market. However, we are aware that any individual can react to the most natural of ingredients in the same way as we all can to certain foodstuffs, we do recommend that individuals undertake a patch test when using a product for the first time.

is this collection suitable for vegans??

Our products are only suitable for vegetarians, as in some formulations we have harnessed the naturally active properties of beeswax, propolis, Manuka honey and organic black bee honey which are harvested as by-products from the honey industry. While we can confirm that our Cleanse & Glow does contain Black Bee Honey, without completing a full assessment of the entire supply chain, we are unable to declare that our products are suitable for use by vegans.
