Alaria Esculenta Extract

ALARIA ESCULENTA EXTRACT

This brown algae, sourced in Brittany, is rich in essential fatty acids and sterols, making it an effective skin moisturiser. Also known as winged kelp, it demonstrates anti-elastase activity which results in firmer-feeling skin.

Dragons Blood Extract

DRAGON'S BLOOD EXTRACT
(Croton lechleri)

Sustainably sourced from Peru, dragon’s blood extract is rich in proanthocyanidins, which act as antioxidants, and a biologically active alkaloid called taspine, which is known to help barrier function properties.

Pomegranate Seed Oil

POMEGRANATE FLOWER OIL
(Punica granatum)

With strong antioxidant and firming properties, we source our pomegranate flowers from India, where they are harvested by hand in May and June before the extract is produced by macerating the flowers.

Argan Oil

ARGAN OIL
(Argania spinosa)

Renowned for its intensely nourishing and hydrating properties, argan is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidant vitamin E. Native to Morocco, our oil is extracted by pressing the sun-dried, roasted and ground kernels of the plum-sized fruit.

It’s quite thick soo you only need a little as it goes a long way and it feels lovely and gives a good sheen and protective coat. I also put my puppy over the top for a bit of colour and it doesn’t have any weird taste 😃

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lip balm great - tube not so great Lip balm is great,I tried this in place of Clarins and love it more. There is one problem, the tube it's in, is poor. It easily breaks and then leaks, this is just putting it in a small handbag.

My lips are not dry any more but they are still a little bit cracked, with more time my cracked lips will be healed . Thank you Liz Earle Superlip Balm for making my lips look great.

You need very little, and it will last all night. My lips are so soft and no longer feel rough in places, will be lovely in the winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wouldn’t be without it This lip balm keeps my lips feeling hydrated. The true colour of my lips is emphasised and more even. Before I started using this my lips were patchy but not anymore. I haven’t noticed my lips being more plump. The only negative is the tube because it can make applying difficult and a bit messy so not great if you want to reapply when you’re on the go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Efficient Lipbalm I'm enjoying the lip balm at bedtime and anytime in the day if necessary but don't carry it around with me as I like to preserve the tube shape so that it comes out only as little as I need. It is thick and only a small amount is needed, but it does the job nicely and leaves the lips comfortable. I have used it before applying lipstick as well in the day and it worked well. No smudging or tackiness, just comfortable. Just how I prefer. I'm glad it has no SPF in it as it would spoil the texture and colour. I used to be allergic to SPF, especially in lip products, but don't buy them anymore, my moisturisers have enough. The Superskin Lipbalm is a great product and works well for me.

Is this product suitable for a 12 year old?

Can this product be used as an eye cream? I used it by accident on my eyes. Will it have any effect on my eyes?

Our Superskin Superlip Balm has been tested for use on the lips only, and has not been tested for use on the eyes, so we would not recommend using this around the delicate eye area.
