Cleanses and gently exfoliates for radiant skin and 48 hour hydration. With an invigorating fragrance blend, featuring pure eucalyptus essential oil, our luxuriously creamy body cleanser reveals more radiant-looking skin that feels refined, renewed and deeply hydrated.

 

Used in partnership with the accompanying mitt, the rich formula gently exfoliates to leave skin feeling soft, smooth and supple, while nourishing and revitalising for a healthy-looking glow.

Sunflower Seed Oil

SUNFLOWER SEED OIL
(Helianthus annuus seed oil)

Containing essential fatty acids, omega 6 and 9, this plant oil is an effective emollient used to soften and smooth the skin. Historically, this ingredient has been used to relieve dry skin conditions.

Apricot Kernel Oil

APRICOT KERNEL OIL
(Prunus armeniaca kernel oil)

Used for its lightweight texture, we source our apricot kernel oil from the Mediterranean. We use the fixed oil in our products which is high in essential fatty acids and vitamins A and E.

Rice Bran Oil

RICE BRAN OIL
(Oryza sativa bran oil)

Grown and harvested in Asia, we extract our rice bran oil from the germ and inner husk of rice. High in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, it is a renowned for its moisturising properties in skincare.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for shower or bath. I like this product although I do agree the mitt is a bit small. I use it only once a week to exfoliate and I damp the mitt and put the cream directly on the mitt then I use on my skin to massage in then rinse off in shower. The rest of the week I put the cream directly on to damp skin to give a creamy milky consistency. I know there have been some mixed reviews but I find I like to try different ways to use a product depending on what works for me. I do miss the energising body scrub though. It was one of my liz Earle favourites. Xx

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great I was excited to receive this for my birthday, but it really didn’t meet my expectations at all, the mitt was a complete waste of time, I’ve got very small hands, but it felt too small & fiddly, awkward to dry too. I used it a few times & tried to like it (as I usually love Liz Earle products) but ended up throwing it away & going back to my tried & tested body puff, bring back the energising body scrub please, a much better product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great at moisturising I love this product and use it daily by rubbing it into wet hands to lather it up. A couple of times a week, I use it with the mitt to exfoliate. Its fresh, clean smelling and leaves my skin smooth. I wish it was also available in a travel size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The product has great results I have very dry flaky skin due to having eczema when I was a child . I never thought I would ever have soft smooth skin but after trying the cleanse and polish body wash I was amazed how soft my skin was. I just love this product and it smells amazing. I used the lavender one and I will never use anything else from now on. My husband was also amazed at how soft and moisturised my skin was too. You have to try this product you will be glad you did. Thanks Liz Earle. xxx

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great idea but fragrance not wonderful I received this as a present and being a huge Liz Earle fan, I couldn’t wait to use it. Having had Cleanse & Polish on my shelf for years, I expected the same quality and was not disappointed. However, I prefer more floral fragrances for shower products and for this reason I would not buy this product again. It smelled as though I should be using it on my face.

I'm a little perturbed by the preservative you use in this. Is there nothing less toxic? I love your stuff but this is a concern. Are there any plans to change it? Thanks

Safe, effective products are our priority and some of our formulations are preservative free, however, we do use preservatives when absolutely essential for product safety. We use relatively low concentrations of the highest grade, broad-spectrum preservatives. All our products are assessed and approved by independent safety experts, prior to launch, to ensure they are suitable for the intended use. We can confirm that there are currently no plans to change the formulation of our Cleanse & Polish Body. Has this changed? I loved the tiny beads in the body cleanse and polish ive always bought but this is almost like a liquid free from beads?

The last one I bought didn't have the beads I just thought it had been changed! Still nice but didn't have the same clean feel to it! I havnt bought it since. Still smells fresh

Can this be used on the face the body cleaner and mit

I would suggest it’s only used on the body as probably a little too abrasive for the face the special facial exfoliators would be better for face which I use once a week and cleanse and polish the rest of the time
